Interesting. Full quote for transparency:

Notice how certain parts are quoted, which to your credit you did quote, yet left out the other?

Also, ground floor and basement are two entirely different locations per their definitions. Regardless, the fact that they never left MAL kinda shoots this in the foot. The litigation will be interesting.

That's the story. Remember when Lewandowski punched the woman at the rally. That to me was the first real lie they were caught in to harm him or those in his orbit.

There were cries and cries for him to be fired and it showed how bad Trump was. Trump stood firm. The media was stating IT IS OVER for Donald. Then it came out it did not happen that way. He was nominated. He won. It has been like that for 7 years.

7 years...and before that 45 years or so in business in NY with no indictments. They liked his money too much.

Feel free to peruse the OIG's report on the Hillary investigation. It's readily available online.

We know that Trump was subpoenaed on June 24th, 2022.

We know that Nauta changed his travel plans that same day to travel to Florida instead of Illinois.

Witness testimony shows that Nauta was inconsistent in explaining why his travel plans changed.

We know that upon arriving in Florida, Nauta contacted De Oliveira and Taveras.

Based on Taveras' testimony, which it should be noted that Taveras is represented by a lawyer paid by Trump's PAC and is also Nauta's lawyer, we know that Taveras was asked to delete the video footage on orders from "the boss."

There's not exactly a lot of room for any of this to be misconstrued. And that's just the evidence we know about.

Good job. You found an article showing that we've known for almost a year that Trump was subpoenaed for that surveillance footage.

I'm not entirely sure if you're trying to make any other point.

Taveras is a primary witness. They are the one that was asked by Nauta and De Oliveira to delete footage on orders from "the boss."

What you just posted means nothing. So now people in the US cannot change travel plans? People in America cannot contact co-workers? People in America cannot have the same lawyer if they work together?

The boss huh? So, how can you be sure who the 'boss' is?

It is so sad that some of you want this man to be convicted so bad you will listen to and repeat anything that is said.

I'm not repeating just anything that was said. I'm repeating the words of a witness that will be called to testify against Trump in his trial.

Address this piece...that is what I was talking about and yes, you are repeating what you found in a depo and an indictment.

Pretty sure that if you worked at Mar a Largo, Trump's home, your boss would be, Trump?

Cannot contact co workers?

No one is saying that.

Cannot contact co workers to attempt to hide breaching a subpoena? Probably not.

But you knew that?

Imagine the excitement across America, and indeed the world, when payback begins against the criminals at the top of this DOJ.

When did anyone say you couldn't do those things? However, when those things precede the commission of a crime they become potential evidence.

It's just like there's nothing stopping you from buying a hacksaw and duct tape. But the second a dismembered body is found on your property that trip to Home Depot becomes very significant.

Lets try to keep in mind that the 'evidence' that was 'destroyed' was video of boxes being moved around the Trump residence, not dismembered bodies.

It's silly beyond belief.

It was evidence that Trump was ordered to turn over to investigators by the court.

Last time I checked, 18 USC 1512 doesn't have a provision that stipulates it only applies to certain cases.
