I am going to ask you again because AndyMayhew said you have got a hot or the hottest summer in the UK.
So anyone who lives in the UK at the moment they can comment on it.
Is your summer

Is there any particular reason you are misquoting me? It's usually the tactic of those aiming to deceive people. But I am sure you're only interested in the truth - even when the truth is not what you want to hear?
I said we have had the hottest June on record.
We're barely half way through the summer so I have no idea if it'll end up a hot summer overall. July so far - as I have previously mentioned - has been near average (and I'm not expecting much change to that over the next 2 weeks).
Edit: and that's not opinion. That's not an impression. That's fact based on actual data.

It's funny, WE had a significantly colder June than normal. In fact my thermostat report shows that that average temps were down 7 degrees F, from last year. I wonder what that means compared to your observations?

I ve looked at your weather and temperatures over the last few weeks and you seem to have a pretty cool summer. Especially on July.
But as I keep pointing out, that's not the case. June was the hottest on record and July - so far - has been about average. And I've been directly observing and reporting on the weather here for over 20 years. Why won't you believe me?
(I do agree though that you should take anything in the media - especially their headlines - with a pinch of salt)
July set to be UK's hottest month this year after record-breaking June
Temperatures in the UK look set to hit the high 30°Cs this month as the country prepares for another scorching summer.
July is set to be a scorcher in the UK with temperatures expected to reach the mid to high 30°Cs.
Why has July been cool and unsettled?
Our July has so far been dominated largely by low pressure across the UK and Ireland. Our weather pattern has changed mainly due to a change in the jet stream.
The jet stream is a fast-flowing, meandering band of air, stationed 30,000 feet high in the atmosphere and blowing west to east across the Earth. It is the result of a large temperature gradient between the northern and southern hemisphere
Temperatures have been widely around or below-average for much of the month of July, with the start of the month in particular on the cooler side.

"North Pole will be ice free by 2013" - Al Gore in 2009.
Jimmy Dore mentioned that it's been fact checked by Reuters......but when I just checked online.... it's 404ed.
On October 12, 2007, former U.S. Vice President Al Gore and the United Nation's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change are awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts to increase public knowledge about man-made climate change.

June has had mostly average temperatures.
There is an agenda behind the alarm.
You may have missed my last reply but the alarm by 'scientists' July will be the hottest with temperatures close to 40 degrees in the UK, was just a false alarm.

What is portrayed in the media is what is happening all around the world - not just on one insignificant little island.
Who is going to believe July in the UK is average.
Anyone who looks at the data and doesn't have an agenda
It's quite cold as the matter of fact.
It's the coldest July since 2020!
Or that June was so hot people couldn't stand the change.
Who claimed that?
June has had mostly average temperatures.
It was the hottest on record. That's the data. Whether you want to believe the facts is up to you.
There is an agenda behind the alarm.
There's certainly an agenda behind the denial. It's $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
You may have missed my last reply but the alarm by 'scientists' July will be the hottest with temperatures close to 40 degrees in the UK, was just a false alarm.
We had 40c last July. There were indications back in June that the high pressure currently bringing record high temperatures to parts of Europe would be positioned a little differently and that's we'd tap into that heat again like last year.
Meanwhile, it does look like July will be the hottest on record globally.
July set to be UK's hottest month this year after record-breaking June

The animation below uses data from the Copernicus Sentinel-3 mission’s radiometer instrument and shows the land surface temperature across Italy between 9 and 10 July. As the image clearly shows, in some cities the surface of the land exceeded 45°C, including Rome, Naples, Taranto and Foggia. Along the east slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, many temperatures were recorded as over 50°C.”
Place the thermometer 5 feet above the ground (+/- 1 ft.). A thermometer too low will pick up excess heat from the ground and a thermometer too high will likely have too cool of a temperature due to natural cooling aloft. 5 ft. is just right.
