I have spent my life trying to do what's right and I served my country in the background. We live among a nest of child traffickers and I am trying to extract my family out in one piece.

I don't need advice from the junior varsity as I know what I am dealing with on a professional level.

Thanks, but it's been 46 years since I've had one of those episodes. Once I was able to escape a 13 year relationship with an extreme narcissist the SP episodes I'd had all night, every night for a year+ ended and haven't returned.

Perhaps there's more than one catalyst for SP; who knows?

I also experienced SP and I was terrified. After some time I thought JESUS HELP ME ! and instantly SP ended ?
This happened 10 years ago and I still remember as it happened yesterday.

In my experience, the more energy you put into it the more things happen. Whether positive or negative... these are"beings"of energy. We as humans are great conductors of energy. We're bags of water essentially with our own bioelectrical systema. I've dealt with the paranormal since i was a young child. Doors open and close. Items dissappear only reappear where i left them originally. Voices, scratchings...even shadow people. The less enwrgy i put into it the less it has happened. I can also say i was born with the"antenna". My late father-in-law has been the most recent visitor that i can say who it is. There have been countless "strangers" who has attempted to make contact witb me throughout my 41 years in this realm. All i can say is maintain your cool. Dont show fear, as the negative ones feed off it. Some are lost some don't know they have passed over. Know that if you start putting up cameras and recording devices that you arw putting energy and thought into the phenomena...adding energy to the pot. If you want these things to stop....dont stir the pot. If its evidence you want.... youll probably get it...though it may be more than what you asked for. Look for ways to protect your eneregies and those that reside in your home.

As far aa having a group of paranormal investigators over....id stay away from that...most will attempt to agitate whatever might be there in the hopes of"catching something on camera" and then leave you to deal with the aftermath. Bettwr to let sleeping dogs where they lay.

On January 30, 2022 which was my last Sleep Paralysis episode there was a 30 something woman totally nude on my wife's side of the bed. he was standing and facing the wall behind the bed head board. She has Shania Twain style of hair from the 1990's and was heavenly endowed by thy creator. She was fluffing my wife's pillows and I had no idea who she was. I do recall seeing the red LED numbers on the clock on my wife's end table between her thighs. When my wife is in bed I cant see the numbers and that freaked me even more as I was in paralysis. In my mind I thought:

JESUS HELP ME

The SP episode ended that second. I turned the lights on and NO wife in the bedroom! She was coming down with the flu and slept upstairs all night she later told me as I told her about the SP episode at breakfast

To date from then to July 7, 2023 NO other Sleep Paralysis episodes

I know what you mean about extreme narcissist. They can also channel in negative energy as I am an Empath and can sense theirs.

They can also channel in evil.

They can also be a catalyst for SP, IMO based on 20+ years of life experience they do. My SP was accelerating back in Christmas week of 2018. Daily SP episodes with visitations by the 7' faceless hoodie aka Guardian of the Threshold. I began to pray to God. To date July 7, 2023 the "Hoodie" has never returned and my total # of SP episodes has been around 12.

I have my narcissist partner somewhat contained spiritually with the help of the Catholic church. She wont go near the church.

This is TBD as I am talking to others and there is a huge backstory to how I got here.

Something came back to me from 40 years ago when I was a young lad getting shown something at my work one day , I got taught dowsing that day after witnessing a really heavy plumb bob levitate to my utter astonishment.

At the corners of those old farm houses if I remember correctly when they were getting built they would put crystals of some sort , what i don't know but let's just say they were wise old men who were telling me that , after reading of your problems with the electrical supply ,

At this point I will give it a try. I had an electronics guy at the home two years ago. The Monkey from WireMonkey of Lexington, SC.

He told me that all homes on Lake Murray, SC get their electronics "blasted" now and then and many are customers of his with big bucks electronics. To date no one has figured out why.

Knowing as to how they do things in the South, I wonder whether the ground rod isn't deep enough into the earth. That's the rebar near the electrical box and meter on the exterior of the home.

My last job was General & Project Manager manufacturing Fuel Cells. We had over 12 welders who complained that their machines would not function correctly. My lead man suggested we install new ground rods. I bought a box of 10' ground rods and rented a jackhammer driving cup. Since we had a forklift with an OSHA man lift basket we could drive all through the concrete floor after drilling a hole in the concrete. This was an old Bethlehem Steel plant from the 1920's that I was assigned to rehabilitate.

The job went seamless and they finished all within several hours. Problem solved immediately with the weld machines as we used GMAW, SWAW and TIG.

Electricity can be strange. Crystals!

UPDATE:

Man door to garage locked me out again 7-7-2023. I just installed a new steel door and frame this June 2023 along with a new Schlage Andover Knob and dead bolt. The supposed knob unlocks itself when you open the door from the inside to go outside into the garage. I saw my wife off to work and the door locked. 3rd time on me since installation. Yes we had a brand new Schlage issued OEM backup key hidden in the garage. It didn't work.

I wrote Schlage today via their web site and tried calling them. Lifetime warranty but just explain to me just how does this happen. I have lived in over 10 residences and / or apartments in my life. NEVER and I mean NEVER had issues like this.

The front door lock was a Baldwin that locked on the painters

That day at work as a young guy was interesting Waterglass I saw a plumb bob that looked like a heavy piece of coal , I was told it was a piece if heartwood of a African tree it was easy one pound in weight go weightless and levitate ? When I was over a stream that run under this house I was working at .

I got a introduction to dowsing that day and showed how it worked and why certain buildings were placed on lay lines especially churches and sporting venues , I cannot recall much about the conversation about why crystals were placed under the corners of buildings but I know dirty electricity is a known issue that can lead to cancer and illness as is building a home near granite with the radon gas issues .

I saw my grandfather take a light bulb from the house one day put it in his jacket pocket and told me to follow him when I was maybe 4 or 5 years old , we went to this tree far away from anything and there was a lead with a fitting which when he took the bulb out of his pocket and plugged it in it lit up lol .

There was no where around for electricity to come from to light that bulb and he told me about placing metal in the ground that built up a charge in the earth allowing the bulb to light many years later I came across Nathan stubblefield and his earth batteries.

I really wish I had been paying better attention when I was getting told about placing crystals near buildings and why , story of my life bud now with dementia rolling in there is little chance of me remembering.

It is very interesting what can be under our feet sometimes without us knowing - seen that first hand a few times over the years having worked in construction all my life .

Flowing water , sandstone / granite are the 2 things in common when I came across this phenomena years ago , and figuring out emotion had a part to play in the interaction with what ever it is .

My father could use a dowsing rod and he showed me one day. I thought he was playing games with me he wasn't. On our lot I have also witnessed balls of energy emerge from the ground via our RING security cam back in January 2023. I should the video to our firemen and they freaked out. They said it wasn't gas. I also sent a video to the SC Paranormal investigators. They told me it was inconclusive. Possibly the Moon. OK, but the Moon came down hill along my driveway one night and in front of a concrete retaining wall?

Possibly Ball Lightning?

I also sent the video to NASA. They confirmed getting same but I never heard back from them.

When I first began experiencing Sleep Paralysis I was seven and shared a bedroom with one brother. We had separate beds. I sensed evil in a closet. That went on for three years then Hoodie began showing up.

I read a while back that SP is caused by not returning to your body fast enough when you Astral travel. As for the deadbolt issues, the priest conducted a spiritual cleansing of the house. I have a relative whose house was haunted by the previous occupant whom they found out committed suicide in the house. They had to have their house cleansed and afterward said it was like a weight lifted off of the house. And their three-year-old daughter stopped seeing the "naked man" and the other weird things stopped happening as well.

If it is a protective entity, it might be the reason the bolts are locking people out or trying to get your attention. I live in a new neighborhood, but the Civil War and the Revolutionary War were fought around the area, and my neighbor had reported a haunting in her house. Not sure if the man is still there. I keep a cross on the front door either on the outside or inside.

If you can own a cat I recommend it. I feel like our last cat kept the house protected. It was weird though when he'd fixate on something and hiss at nothing.
