It is evidence (for those with eyes to see, not for the blind) and i did not "regurgitate" it, i shared it multiple times, but obviously not enough for you to see the obvious.

How large is the civilisation on the moon?
Are they human?
If so did they emigrate from earth?
The civilisation on the moon are fully aware of the civilisation on the earth?
Do they communicate to the earth?
Does the moon civilisation require oxygen or have they established some form of atmosphere?
Do they have animals to eat or is the diet solely vegan?
What is the main source of water to provide hydration?
Does the civilisation on the moon require policing or are they all peaceful and content?

You don't sound sarcastic, so i'll assume you're not and answer to best of my knowledge.

My estimation is populations is anywhere between 250 million to 1 billion.
As i wrote, i believe they are mostly humans, but also with large humanoid (greys, reptilians, mantis etc) presence.
No, Moon population in general did not emigrate from Earth, but there sure are remnants of our prior civilizations there and some small % of recent (last 100 years) visitors are descendants of some who emigrated from Earth to other solar systems and some to other planets and moons in this solar systems, particularly to moons of Jupiter, and some of them surely have presence on our Moon. Of course there is a very large presence of our black projects but compared to overall population they are insignificant.
Are they fully aware of us, lol. My my....They know more about earth-humans than earth-humans know about earth-humans.
Communication is limited to clandestine channels. There were intentional signals sent in the 50s, Earth scientists dismissed it as natural phenomena (of course not counting those in black programs who were already working with ETs).
What they eat is too general question for there are so many groups, but in general advanced races tend to be vegan.
For water, i wrote and shown clearly there are big lakes on the far side and countless smaller ones, as well as rivers. There are also clouds and rain. On the near side water comes from underground reservoirs as well as snow.
As for if they're peaceful is again too general, for as i said Moon is a neutral zone with groups ranging from angelic to demonic to all in-between, so that cannot be answered black and white.

Here is one to ponder, if there are cities up there covering the moon as you claim, instead of a mere multitude of craters and dust.

Then how come we fail to detect the communication mediums they would utilize, or for that matter, the heat signatures that would also be generated by these alleged ""cities""?

in regards to communication, why is it the signals between the 2 civilisations can not be intercepted?

are they using radio frequencies to communicate? if so can these not be intercepted by the same people who made your youtube video and then used as some sort of proof? I am sure other amateur radio entusiasts would also be able to intercept such communication.

the lakes on the moon are they not irradiated due to the lack of atmosphere on the moon, is the water safe to drink for humans?

Why do they, knowing full well we exist, choose to keep at a distance, have they short/long term goals, surely planet earth is a better enviroment to live on as we can produce meat/fruit/vegatables and have far more water and a natural atmosphere.
