Sex is the physical aspect Gender is the psychological, neurological, role, etc. aspect.

A funny example would be, "That guy throws like a little girl." Does that mean he is a little girl? No he is just exhibiting the behavior or role one would expect of a young girl. The man does not identify as female.

The difference is that they are born with it. The identity persists over time. So if a man identifies naturally as a girl, of course the man (the physical man) will take on the role of a girl/woman, behaves naturally like one and so on.

Gender dysphoria used to be called gender identity disorder which was much more precise.

No transgender humans exist as you cannot transition between genders. There are humans who think they're the other gender. But this is a mental illness. Most in this forum recognise people exist who have this mental health issue.
