Progress doesn't come from activists.

In this case not only trans activists aren't doing any favour to the transgender movement but they are the main reason for the rapid decline of this strange ideology. They have been very vocal and everyone who has listened to them knows what kind of nonsense they're talking about.

I think it's important to state that you can "feel" like the other sex/gender. You can put on make up, wear a dress, you can even get fake boobs. But even after all that, you will still be a dude. And to not accept that as reality is where this starts to become a mental illness.
