The issue is that when the bribery charges come back up, the left, the media, the pundits, will say it's been investigated and is all done, when in reality, it hasn't been investigated.

The DoJ hasn't investigated. They have stated so.

The FBI hasn't investigated. They have stated so.

The republicans in the House cannot investigate. They can only ask for an investigation, but since the DoJ is under the Executive Branch of government, it will never happen.

And you don''t see a problem with this.

So it is frustrating, to all normal people who think rationally.

Not really. Read it happened when he was 18. Rising star Byron Donalds in the GOP got a diversion program for distribution of drugs and years later was charged with felony bribery. He got that expunged after he pled guilty to it. No one really seems too concerned about it. So, it's not really a big deal to have committed some crimes or have them expunged right?

Neither Jared nor Ivanka took a salary in the WH. And just like POTUS can declassify whatever he wants he can grant clearance to whomever he wants also.

Neither Jared nor Ivanka are criminals. They could not be cleared because of business ties to foreigners.

Jared is managing SAs money in an investment firm.

Hmm.. that wasn't where I was going with this, but you're telling me he got his expunged as an 18 year old kid only because of his dad, a possession charge, yet someone in congress had a felony bribery charge expunged which wasn't even his first offense. So ummm, you sure you're making a great argument that the only reason Hunter's possession charge was expunged was because of his dad? And maybe his was. Rich kids. A case of "affluenza".

The Post first reported that the deal will slash his monthly child-support payments by more than 75% — from $20,000 to less than $5,000 — and has Ms. Roberts agree to drop her legal bid to change the girl’s surname to “Biden.”

This seems odd. Why would she settle for less child support? The family court in CA uses a formula to calculate the amt. It's really not very negotiable.

And you can change your surname to anything you want. Cost about $1500. I don't know if a parent can for a child, but an adult can change their own name, as long as your purpose isnt fraud.

Don't know about the judge, but the Delaware US Attorney who investigated and prosecuted HB was, and it is the prosecutor who makes the plea deal, not the judge.
