Because the President of the United States can declassify documents by waving his hand over them, it's hard to prove that a US president has classified documents at home.. or anywhere else.

Biden though, is in big trouble, if special counsel Hur wants to bring charges.

Wait. The docs that you keep stating are declassified are so highly sensitive according to the ex Trump attorney that they couldn't be shown to a jury? So he cannot be charged because the documents are too sensitive? If they weren't so sensitive then he could be charged. This is what the man said on Meet The Press. 🤣 He must have been one of the lawyers in half the nonsensical court filings on this case.

He also stated that this is similar to Hillary so he shouldn't be charged, yet Trump still chants "lock her up" and wants her in jail. Which they are not the same. She used a personal server while doing her job, which you do know Ivanka did as well. Trump was not President, no longer had clearance, was warned by his lawyers to return any docs throughout 21 and into 22. This case relies on intent, which his intent by not complying, hiding and lying to the government apparently on audio wanting to share these as his lawyer claims, "highly sensitive" documents, definitely shows intent.

You can't make this kind of comedy up!

If Main Justice (DOJ) arrests the Republican Nominee for President (Biden's opponent), the country will explode. Trump supporters have been patient. However, we will gladly make the Summer of 2020 look like a kiddie sparkler show, if Biden has his political opponent arrested.

But we'll be SMARTER about it.

And once again you are purposely choosing to misinterpret my post. Free speech is free speech. Say what you want. He was implying an action he was going to take. It referenced what ATS considers extreme rioting aka the summer of 2020, and states that will look like kiddie stuff when "we" are done. My response was to the action he implied. Not to him saying it.

I know again, you understand this. I'm not sure how long you expect me to give you the benefit of the doubt of being intelligent if you keep acting like you completely don't understand, and insist on implying that I am saying something other than what I said.

Again, if he did the action he says, I would not be surprised to see his photo. CWM said he would not actually do so, in that case I wouldn't expect to see his photo. Which I also said. Pretty simple.
