Once again the CDC test kits. They must be the most insecure lot.

Time for a recap since details are scattered throughout the chapters.
-3 reagents were required for the CDC test kits, N1, N2 and N3 [17].
-N3 was not required.
-N3 was added without knowledge or approval of head of this department.
-China supplies reagents due to reason of low margin product excuse.
-CDC insisted that N3 must be kept despite not being required, which leads us to the possible conclusion that the N3 reagent may be the component that causes false positives.
-The CDC developed their own test kits and manufactured them, despite the fact that they were not in the manufacturing business.
- The CDC then manufactured the dirty room genomic material on the same floor as the clean room for assembling the kits and then produced the synthetic RNA on a different floor. This is simply not done by an experienced company. They enhanced the risk of contamination of the test kits.
- All testing had to be done by the CDC.
-They limited the number of tests that could be done daily, matching tests to their manufacturing capability.
-They distributed different levels of quality of test kits to public labs. Some received reliable test kits while others got defective ones.
- As for the swabs they sowed confusion and distrust by approving inaccurate 'cotton' labeling vs polyester, bulk packaging without proper sanitary packaging.
-Tubes sent in bulk as well and once again no sanitary packaging, resulting in an enormous waste.
- The approved test kits provided by Abbott and approved by the FDA were only accurate 33% of the time.
- The CDC refused to provide samples of the virus to labs so that they could make their own test kits.
-Delayed giving labs approval to make own kits.
-When the CDC gave IDT the reigns to manufacture the test kits IDT was not experienced as the distribution process. The CDC did not provide guidance or a process for 'determining where to send them."
- Used the wording "indeterminate' to confuse the definitions of Covid results.
-Pipette tips also became critically short because once again they fell under the low margin group.

Now something new to add to the list-
-The CDC severely restricted how many kits each state received. In the case of North Carolina their public health lab only had 150 test kits.

-The CDC was going to "advance an initial test that would have forced the labs to rely on a special system." So special that the labs "didn't have access to the tool that the CDC's approach required." Like I said insecure lot.

- The CDC has ensured that we have a fragmented testing system and really only communicates with the large public health labs. But that is the minority of labs. They just abandoned the commercial, academic and independent labs.
Implications?
-The large labs had stockpiles of equipment while the small ones did not. There was no coordination by the CDC to match the supplies of the labs with demand for testing. Some labs had excess supplies and capacity while others experienced shortages and overwhelming demand.

-The CDC authorized tests where many of the materials were not available or were in short supply. The FDA had to become involved to determine if there was some interchangeability of materials to guide the labs.

-HHS did their part for the cause placing decision making at the state level rather than leaving it at the federal level which would have a national cohesive plan to tackle Covid. With no federal coordination for distributing test kits or supplies state Governors were left to their own devices trying to source kits from other sources.
Gov. Baker of Massachusetts sourced his kits from China. 3 Republican governors and 2 Democrat governors formed a purchasing pact with the Rockefeller Foundation. Basically a free for all.

DELAY...

In case we forgot-
-Pulling from another book a researcher wanted a tissue sample with the virus infection so that his PHD students could work with the slide virus identifier he had developed to develop a cure. Reluctantly they sent it via FedEx in a paper box, with no bio-caution, to be delivered to the university on a Saturday when it was closed.

Worth a reminder that Eli Lilly in Liverpool, UK, allegedly ran an adrenochrome operation! I remember posting a headed page of kids, ages and amounts "withdrawn".

Had a quick search but couldn't easily find it.

There can't possibly be more can there?

Due to the lack of testing capability the White House Task Force were forced to restrict testing to hospital patients and healthcare staff. Once again no headlights to be able to monitor for community spread.
Not to be deterred the White House officials went to Fauci.

"Officials asked the NIH whether the Centers for AIDS Research, a network of 17
NIH- funded AIDS research centers would lend screening capacity that's normally focused on testing for HIV."

This is in the middle of a plandemic. NIH response? Lol, take a hike.

The main message from this chapter is that it is crucial that we bring the manufacturing of drugs, reagents and low margin manufacturing products back to the U.S. It is in the interest of "National Security."
Scott Gottlieb's recommendations center around the creation of more government organizations to focus on this. Somehow with the corruption, unaccountability and treasonous actions I'm not that keen on making more.

Rather I would like to see independent external auditors take a close hard look at the books. Term limits, accountability, firing, seizing of pensions and GITMO time. Maybe that will inspire employees in these health agencies to do their jobs and do them well- as if their lives depend upon it.

-No more NIH scientists receiving royalties from patents that tax payers have funded.

-No more patents 'owned' by the NIH where it is held and not shared despite the benefits for public good.

-Rotation between health agencies and Big Pharma must be prohibited.

-If a medical treatment is mandated for the public [such as the Covid jab] these employees must take it as well and they should take it first.

-Salaries of top officials need to be cut. No more double dipping where people like Fauci receive a salary and then receive speaking fees paid by Big Pharma and dividends on stocks they own in pharma companies that they regulate.

-No more, absolutely no more private individual funding for NIH- which has enabled Bill Gates to become much too entrenched in the system to our detriment. I would also include organizational funding as well.

-Breaking off from the WHO is a must.

-No investments in Big Pharma is permitted. No exceptions.

-Annual reviews need to be conducted on senior officials and if goals not met- fired or demoted. The results of their performance, what was met and not met need to be public.

-No more redactions of FOIA request- there needs to be transparency.

-FOIA request need to be responded to in a timely manner.

-There are far too many departments in the CDC and the NIH. There needs to be consolidation and staff reductions.

-There needs to be more coordination between the CDC/FDA/NIH towards common goals.

-The FDA should be tasked with doing their own testing of products coming or currently on the market to ensure safety. It is ridiculous to accept companies assertions that it is safe and effective.

- Natural cures is an issue. It is not acceptable to just ignore this whole area simply because it doesn't suit Big Pharma's agenda.
-There needs to be scrutiny on why there are differences between the EU approved drugs and treatments and the U.S. ones. They are either safe for us all or not safe for us all.

-There needs to be serious focus on cures and not just on treatments. Cures for cancer and other diseases need to be disclosed and advanced as a national and international priority.

I could go on but this is a start.
BTW where is Fauci and Walensky? Hopefully enjoying Resort GITMO.

The fact that someone such as you that's 'not in the field' can make so much sense, yet our representatives can't come up with such obvious solutions tells me they 1) are the least intelligent among us or 2) they're well paid for following the agenda.

I appreciate all of the hard work and effort into breaking this information down for us.

Meek joined ABC News’ Washington bureau as an investigative producer in 2013. He previously worked for the New YorkDaily News and also served as senior counterterrorism adviser and investigator for the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security.

Meek’s abrupt resignation and the FBI search of his home prompted erroneous speculation last year that he had been targeted for his work as a journalist.

I stumbled upon this tweet on my feed which has a video with 57 mins of interesting News out takes found by some guy by reviewing satellite feeds:

If you know anyone who still trusts mainstream media, you have to make them watch this documentary. Spin - 1995.

It shows behind the scenes satellite footage (used to be able to access live feeds with your own satellite, then they stopped it after this documentary), where you can see how politicians and new pundits behave when they don't think they're live and being recorded.

It's one of the most illuminating docs ever made. Wait until you get to the parts with Bill Clinton and Larry King at the 14-15 min mark, and again at the end.

LK - "Ted Turner changed the world. He's a big fan of yours".

BC - "Is he?"

LK - "He would, uh, serve you - you know what I mean?"

BC - "You're kidding?"

LK - "Oh you'd be surprised. He's ready, whats he got left in life to gain. I'd call him after you're elected. Think about it".

LH - "No dope"

BC - "That's for sure"

LK - "Great guy to work for too"

I've archived it but not sure how to display a twitter video on the thread...

Nothing of what I had foreseen has happened.
At the moment.
And to make matters worse we have this:

Kennedy’s grandson endorses President Biden, slams Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his campaign

So the Kennedys, at the beginning of the pandemic, don't celebrate and sing for the fall of the Deep State, as we have always imagined, but because they know that the corona virus will decree Trump's defeat?

Endorsing Biden’s reelection campaign, he said the 46th president “shares my grandfather’s vision for America: That we do things not because they are easy, but because they are hard.”

“He is in the middle of becoming the greatest progressive president we’ve ever had,” he said, citing unemployment and jobs figures, infrastructure and green energy investments and the appointment of federal judges.

“He ended the COVID pandemic and he ended Donald Trump,” Schlossberg added before blasting his cousin Kennedy’s campaign for the Democratic nomination.

Boof?
From: Webster's

boof
noun
ˈbu̇f, ˈbüf
plural-s
: the sound made by a dog : BARK

Is this going to be a "who let the dogs out", "the dog's bark is worse than its bite", or a " that dog don't hunt" kind of thing?

Hmm, the quote feature isn’t working for me at the moment.

For those who don’t know, in the US military at least (I’m an army veteran and I realize the term actually comes from the navy) “attention on deck” is what’s commonly called out when a person of rank enters a room or is about to stand up and speak. Such as a general entering a meeting or the unit commander addressing a group.

Is the command placed there by Q because we should all be ready for a very important person, such as the real CiC, to enter the picture?

Meanwhile, Jim Jordan says this morning on Sunday morning futures, that McCarthy is thinking about impeaching Garland....starting an impeachment inquiry, but it will have to wait until after Congress comes back from vacation on September 12th.

They're barking up the wrong tree in my opinion. Christopher Wray is the one who should be threatened with impeachment. He has covered for the Bidens and overseen several Trump related FBI raids, since 2017...for the past 6 years.

He is a Republican infiltrator, sent to president Donald Trump by former New Jersey governor Chris Christie.

I've spent a lot of time wondering about that very issue. Having family members and friends in the various science fields the explanation for some might be that they worship "the Science". Science can do no wrong. They truly cannot imagine that they would be deliberately led to cause harm.
These are the people who have been the most jabbed. I've suggested to them to read some of these books or at least listen to audio books, but unfortunately they won't.

I'm not sure how they will react when "science' is knocked of its pedestal.

It has been quite the journey reading these books. I still have more to cover from the latest book but taking a short breather. You wouldn't believe that it takes a day to read and cover just one chapter. Needless to say everything is littered with 8, 11 and 17.
