You do realize, the odds of being to draw, aim, and fire a revolver effectively at a charging grizzly are slim to none right?

Ive hunted Alaska , Argentina , Africa , Russia & New Zealand . Ive been around plenty of extremely dangerous game .
Most guides have men with 6 shot 870s with slugs.

Why 10 rounds?

Anything with more than 10 rounds needs a federal stamp? So does that mean pistols with 10+ round clips needs a federal stamp? Depending on the gun maker and the clip type single stacked vs double stacked you can have anywhere to 10 to 16 round plus 1 in the chamber.

I guess I am have not been OR the National institute of Justice has not been clear enough.

Notably, most individuals who engaged in mass shootings used handguns (77.2%), and 25.1% used assault rifles in the commission of their crimes.

Was that clear enough HANDGUNS were used 77.2% of the time NOT assault rifles. Why is that? That is because a handgun/pistol is easier to conceal and reload than a rifle.
