Again, care to define "advanced weapons & devices"?
Or can you define an assault weapon for me?

Perhaps men simply can’t be trusted with guns.
Take away men’s ability to own guns. Let guns be owned and used by strictly women.
When your name appears on a state list of mentally unfit for gun ownership , that would stop a vast majority of mass shootings .

And guess what, all of them were done in "gun free zones". How did they even get the firearms in there?
Yet again, when you google a loaded questions, 99% of the time you are going to get the answer you want. That doesn't make it right.
Then how are more gun laws going to do any good?

No sane family member is going to sell a gun to their heavily medicated psychotic nephew , but a gun store will , because they have NO idea who or what you are. The gun background questions are useless , because who would answer yes to anything other than question number #1 .
Rules are broken by dishonesty, but lists are basically fool proof.
If AR 15s aren’t available to the public without a federal stamp , that would stop mass casualties in these shootings.

CRIMINALS committing mass shootings are the business.
Your business is you don't like them so take them all away.

I agree that we have a right to bear arms , but mental health lists & federal stamps for high capacity rifles are not in violation of rights , but rather protects more rights than it takes away

I will compromise with you: Every measure you levy on gun ownership has to likewise be measured on anyone registered/registering to vote.
Both are rights guaranteed in the COTUS; both should be treated *exactly* the same.

Not only do you not support the 2nd amendment but you also don't support due process.

Handguns are the most common weapon type used in mass shootings in the United States, with a total of 161 different handguns being used in 111 incidents between 1982 and April 2023. These figures are calculated from a total of 142 reported cases over this period, meaning handguns are involved in about 78 percent of mass shootings.
Notably, most individuals who engaged in mass shootings used handguns (77.2%), and 25.1% used assault rifles in the commission of their crimes. Of the known mass shooting cases (32.5% of cases could not be confirmed), 77% of those who engaged in mass shootings purchased at least some of their guns legally, while illegal purchases were made by 13% of those committing mass shootings. In cases involving K-12 school shootings, over 80% of individuals who engaged in shootings stole guns from family members.
You do not need a Class 3 license to buy a silencer or other Title II firearm unless you are a dealer and wanting to purchase them for resale. If your documents do not use the correct terms, the people who wrote them may not understand the NFA, ATF and issues relating to the purchase, possession, transfer, and use of Title II firearms.
2. Which states allow silencer ownership? The following states allow private ownership of silencers: AL, AR, AK, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT*, WA, WI, WV and WY. *The use of suppressors for hunting goes into effect July 1st, 2020. Of the remaining states; CA may allow silencer ownership for people in possession of a valid FFL.
3. Do I need a special license to own a silencer? No! There are some rumors that you need to have a “Class 3” license to own a silencer; but, this simply isn’t true. You do have to pay for a “tax stamp” when you first buy the suppressor – but there are no ongoing fees or licenses required. This tax is similar to paying sales tax on a purchase, except that it goes to the federal instead of the state government.
The top 10 out of the top 17 most deadly mass shootings since 2012 have been done with AR15s.

Not "everything else", there are classes that cover more than full auto, suppressors, SBR, SBS, etc.

The Republicans shot themselves in the foot for years over the Roe v Wade ruling & soon will find that their massive unpopularity over said ruling will find them outside of Washington & losing the AR15 to history.
Enjoy your army toy now , because it’s days are numbered.
Regular gun owners in America are tired of the AR 15 & it’s tacticool crowd .
Only 16 million people in America own AR15s , but they own multiple & that is the delusion of it’s popularity.
Thats 1 in 20 people with at least an one AR15 & that is far far from popular when compared to bolt actions & shotgun owners of America .
Im a gun owner who is sick & tired of the radical AR15 crowd destroying our 2A for a useless civilian gun.
Yes the chart is correct probably , but it doesn’t mention the death tolls per gun & that is were you lose this argument all day long .
