The Ukraine cannot lose because, of they do, even with the financial backing of the west, the western allies will be exposed to so much debt, their financial systems will collapse. We though our sanctions would cripple Russia, and in the UK, they made life 100% harder!

We stand to lose everything, including our markets, Russia also stands to lose everything.

5 years ago, if I said to you "Ukraine will be striking bases in Russia with NATO backed military equipment" you'd think WW3.....

We ARE in WW3. No one seems to have caught on yet......

Exactly the UK even have boots on the ground as well as other countries and still they are loosing ground we are doomed if we go full on against Russia as they allies will repond too.

A lot of people panicking again, but it's not a big deal. There aren't many challengers to send in the first place. Leopards will be a more significant factor when it comes to tank warfare.

Some people here are just for this war I'm for peace we should have never been involved in this war. The best course of action is for Ukraine to surrender.

In the end it doesn't matter if the Ukraine is lost. Russia's economy was smaller than the state of Texas before this war. Russia is in the process of eliminating themselves as a global power on the world stage. It will take them decades if they even can recover from this self defeat.

Only lesson to be learned is: If you see your enemy making a grave tactical mistake, let them.

lol your living in the dream western world Russia economy didn't flinge much from this war they prepared for it because they knew it was coming they have spies everywhere. Ask me how I know lol but you wouldn't believe me.

Pretty sure the first I knew of the British training Ukraine troops down at Aldershot was around Armistace Day in November.

Russia kills its traitors on the streets of Britain. Ukraine is an openly proxy war, it wouldnt stop Russia launching on us if there was the will.

A tank strikes me as a 'statement piece' so it was nice of Zelinsky to say thanks. But he hasn't got them yet...perhaps they will get held up in Customs due to a Border Force strike, or lost in transit due to the 'criminal' hack of the Royal Mail.

I wouldn't worry. The bombs have been a lot closer to falling than right now.

INMHO I blame President Biden for this war. He pulled our troops out to let Russia invade. Had he left them there, or senr more for "training missions " Russia would not have invaded with the risk of killing American troops.

It is quite a sight though and I share your sentiments about the lot!

We are far from "at war" with anyone...the last formal declaration of war was in 1942...although many conflicts and such have earned the title "war"...The War on Terrorism for example.

I suppose someone could jump into the definition of war and argue my point...but the fact remains...The United States has not made a declaration of war in 80+ years!

We may be getting close...that is always the rumor. I'd fight either way (and have) if my country needs me (I'm a bit too old now)!
