It all boils down to this simple point.
This is now an existential conflict. Russia cannot lose as they've framed this as a defensive war, in which - to them - they're fighting NATO expansion and western supremacy.
The Ukraine cannot lose because, of they do, even with the financial backing of the west, the western allies will be exposed to so much debt, their financial systems will collapse. We though our sanctions would cripple Russia, and in the UK, they made life 100% harder!
We stand to lose everything, including our markets, Russia also stands to lose everything.
5 years ago, if I said to you "Ukraine will be striking bases in Russia with NATO backed military equipment" you'd think WW3.....
We ARE in WW3. No one seems to have caught on yet......

Al Jazeera
Roughly 1500 deployed 2800 in reserve rest retired.
Figure in mechanical failure in the process, since those things take a great deal of maintenance to stay effective, maybe 5-600 successfully launch and find their target. (my wag based off the obvious terrible maintenance of normal platforms)
Either way nowhere near 10k nukes.
ETA: Ukraine should surrender if Ukraine decides to, nobody else has the right to tell them to, since they are fighting a defensive war.
You must be a west propaganda type of guy lol they have the 10k nukes trust me you can even google it. Good luck with that......Ukraine is just following the west leadership look up some town in Ukraine and see how great this war looks for you and how many are dead for no other reason than the west empire. Good luck fighting Russia.
After googling it they have 6k nukes but two year ago strange enough google said they had 9k I believe the non propaganda thank-you.

A lot of people panicking again, but it's not a big deal. There aren't many challengers to send in the first place. Leopards will be a more significant factor when it comes to tank warfare.

So in your mind what is the end game here? The world just sits on its hands while Putin takes over a sovereign country by force. You don't think he'd then take over more land, acre by acre? Should NATO let that happen unopposed?

In the end it doesn't matter if the Ukraine is lost. Russia's economy was smaller than the state of Texas before this war. Russia is in the process of eliminating themselves as a global power on the world stage. It will take them decades if they even can recover from this self defeat.
Only lesson to be learned is: If you see your enemy making a grave tactical mistake, let them.

Ummm…it’s amazing to watch…all those who railed against the MSM and the three letters…are now in full lock step with them…
It’s like they’ve been possessed by the daily onslaught of propaganda…co-opted into parroting everything they previously despised…
They really are amusing to observe…salivating to the ring of the bell…
Pavlov would be so proud to witness the extrapolation…the ultimate culmination of his work…

I'd fight either way (and have) if my country needs me (I'm a bit too old now)!

Some people here are just for this war I'm for peace we should have never been involved in this war. The best course of action is for Ukraine to surrender.

You do realize just how much you were used to enact the long arm of the MIC…right…?

I don't know where you're from, but if Russia invades your country, please feel free to surrender.
There is a reason that most countries polled in December 2013 by Gallup called the United States the greatest threat to peace in the world, and why Pew found that viewpoint increased in 2017.
