The Chinese Communist Part are experts in repression. The People's Liberation Army are their tool. Most Chinese have been turned into subservient robots by decades of propaganda and low social freedoms.
Cannot see a revolution getting past the tanks. At least not today.
China is not in a state of revolution,

This should be a much bigger story than it is.
It is one of the most enlightening things to behold.
The good people of China are FINALLY standing up for themselves.
They are chanting “Down with the CCP, and Down with Xi”… They said they would rather DIE then live under the regime.
That shows me they have NOTHING to lose, absolutely nothing.
There were little spats here and there, but at least from what I’ve seen, the one that really got to people is the apartment fire that killed people because they were wired in their own houses.
So yes, what do they have to lose?
And yes I did say good people of China, because they are good people, just like us. They just have been living in an oppressive society lead for too long.
Good!

Yep this is huge alright-protests kicking off in many many towns and cities.
Open dissent spreading through chinese social media.
Unheard of protests for democracy and the downfall of the CCP.
Even as closely controlled the chinese internet is-this is getting out to the wider world.
It is the ultimate nightmare for the government.
Look at the amount of videos from all over China over on reddit-
old.reddit.com...
According to one of those threads, the government are starting to blame "outside forces"for stirring up unrest.
Gotta deflect the blame,quick!
It ain't our fault for being a hideously cruel dictatorship honest!
The whole China/Russia/Iran axis is looking mighty shaky right now.

I spent quite a lot of my life in China, and in the grand scheme of things this doesn't really compare to the riots over illegal land grabs or the anti-Japanese riots back in the 2000s, let alone to the pro-democracy movement of the late 1980s.
It's not a revolution by any stretch of the imagination because the Chinese people think that they have it pretty good in general when compared to places like the US what with BLM and drag queen story time, and things like that.
They don't want to overthrow the government, they want the government to change its policies on covid, which are two very different things.
