The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a nonprofit entity that it controlled have been fined $5 million by the Securities and Exchange Commission over accusations that the religious institution failed to properly disclose its investment holdings.

In an order released Tuesday, the SEC alleged that the church illicitly hid its investments and their management behind multiple shell companies from 1997 to 2019. In doing so, it failed to disclose the size of the church’s equity portfolio to the SEC and the public.

The church was concerned that disclosure of the assets in the name of the nonprofit entity, called Ensign Peak Advisors, which manages the church's investments, would lead to negative consequences in light of the size of the church’s portfolio, the SEC said.

The allegations of the illicit shell company structure first emerged in 2018, when a group formerly called MormonLeaks — now known as the Truth and Transparency Foundation — claimed that year the extent of the church's investments had reached $32 billion.

The following year, a whistleblower filed a complaint to the Internal Revenue Service, according to a 2020 Wall Street Journal report; that year, the newspaper said the church's holdings had grown to $100 billion.

“For more than half a century, the Mormon Church quietly built one of the world’s largest investment funds,” the Journal said. “Almost no one outside the church knew about it.”

The SEC accused the church Tuesday of going to "great lengths" to avoid disclosing its investments and, in doing so, "depriving the commission and the investing public of accurate market information.”

I just finished reading another 3 chapters. I am almost at a loss for words. Skipping ahead to Chapter 6
Scott Schara: The Protocol From Hell. Page 87-105
The WAR ON THE MENTALLY ILL.

This is one of those sit down moments where one can hardly believe this was done deliberately.
"One of the reasons for crafting the Nuremburg Code was the understanding of the logical outcome when society and the medical profession view those with mental impairments as less than human and more expendable."

Scott researched and documented the treatment and death of his daughter Dawn who suffered from Down's Syndrome.
Initially he believed, like most, that her treatment and death was all about the $ but that was really the secondary goal.
The primary goal was to eliminate those suffering from mental illness, along with the elderly.

The Perfect Storm> Sedation-Anti anxiety medications- Morphine and Starvation.

Q: Do you believe the hospital killed Grace or was it a series of misteps in the fog of a pandemic?
A: Scott believed that it was premeditated murder with Fauci [government] leading the way, facilitated by the hospitals cooperation with lots and lots of $.

To create anxiety in Dawn's case, they strapped her down when family was not present. They placed her on a flow can nula with air flowing up her nose at 40 miles per hour, all with the goal of instilling anxiety.

They placed her on a feeding tube and then restricted the nutrients. This had the added benefit of creating an opportunity of increased risk of infection.


I'm going to summarize what happened as tightly as possible.
-Doctors tried to put her on a ventilator based on a faulty blood test. Scott demanded the blood test be redone and the second time it was okay.
-Then they tried to get preauthorization to place her on a ventilator but again the family refused.
- The hospital oximeter suddenly showed that her blood oxygen levels dropped which would require the ventilator. Scott had his own and the reading showed 95%. The nurse explained it away saying that the leads became sweaty so not reliable.

Q: Are you saying that they were using fake numbers to get your daughter on a ventilator?
"90 minutes before she died she still had blood oxygen saturation at 93% but the hospital recorded it at 44%."

Q: How did people wind up dead hours after their blood oxygen levels were good and stable?
A: The Drs. refused to administer approved drugs for respiratory illness but administered sedatives, opioids and anti
anxiety drugs enthusiastically and at very high dose levels.

PLAN B
This is where things become very serious.
The co-administration of the 3 drugs, Morphine, Precedex and Lorazapam are a dangerous combination and are also END OF LIFE MEDS. The morphine black box warning specifically states not to combine these medications together because they can cause death.
The doctor had to intentionally order this combination of drugs and the pharmacist had to approved this. To make matters worse the pharmacist had to over ride the hospital medication alarm system. A 14 year ICU nurse, one who would be educated on this deadly combination, injected these meds. Page 99.
These drugs were given in a short time interval and near maximum dosage.

Her sister was monitoring Grace because the father had been barred from the hospital. She saw her becoming very cold, and asked the nurse for help and it was refused. A nurse was supposed to be monitoring her but there was no one there.
She then saw her vitals plunging and she begged for help. No one came into the room.
The reason. Her chart said DNR, something that had not been approved by the family!

Q: Wait, are you telling us that this is how you discovered a DNR had been illegally placed on Grace?
A: We hired a malpractice nurse and discovered that there were 1000 pages missing from the documents they had requested. They finally obtained 948 more and on page 853 the doctor had placed a DNR.
THIS DNR WAS PLACED 8 MINUTES BEFORE GRACE WAS GIVEN A NEAR MAXIMUM DOSE OF PRECEDEX IN THE MORNING OF OCTOBER 13TH. "WE WATCHED HER DIE ON FACE TIME".

Timing? On October 13 the hospital was at 100% capacity and was receiving only $1680 per day for her care when they would have received much more if she had been placed on a ventilator. The hospital did get a $13,000 death bonus.

Q: Any other facts to add about why you believe this was medical malfeasance, not just malpractice?
A: The night prior they were Face Timing her and she was doing well, 98% oxygen level. She was sleepy and the family was not aware that she had been sedated.

Summary- The family did attempt to meet with hospital administrators to warn about this drug combination danger and not surprisingly their request was refused. They have not sought to sue the hospital although they have retained Tom Renz.
A nurse walking out with them after Grace's death told them that she and some other nurses did not believe that she should have died.
The other oddity was that a guard was posted outside the hospital room and ensured that no one could enter when Grace became critical. Page 102

Scrolling down to the conclusion it seems that the science is not settled. "Cultured meat will require unique cell lines that are safe, appropriate for industrial-scale production." This was published November 22, 2021 meanwhile this Impossible Foods was started in 2017 and then GMO's in 2019. Considering the failure of all the agencies I wonder if they have used an immortalized cell line that really is safe.

Also can the hospital just make that designation "DNR" independently or does it have to be done by the patient/family. That was a big issue when the Dr. illegally placed that designation in Grace's file. It led to her death despite the wishes of her family.

Sorry, I have no idea who or what chapter you are referring to.
DNR's are done in the UK. I even signed one for my mother. So yes, patient/family/Power of Attorney have to sign.
No idea who Grace is that you refer to. Sorry.
