vast majority of the icu beds were people with significant secondary health problems, and covid tipped them over the edge.

I know the local hospital groups where I lived in through the first 18 months of the bs said 70% of their inpatient covid people were obese. Never heard that repeated on the national level till the fear mongering lost steam, the icu bed argument was just more fear mongering if you were a healthy individual.

I have a close friend who is a traveling nurse who was working covid wards all over the country during Covid. She had an assignment in Memphis Tn, and at the time we lived in Germantown which was about 5 miles from the hospital she was working at.

They had a lady come in to ER one night going back and forth between crying and freaking out, to at times almost catatonic because she was so afraid of Covid. So what did they do? They admitted her to the covid ward. I # you not. Luckily, our friend advocated for her and got her in a room by herself, and was actually able to talk her down over a couple of nights. I Assume the benzos helped also.

They did this thing called "rule outs." If someone came in, and had ANY symptom: Headache, dry throat, fever, stuffy nose, they admitted them to the covid ward, whether or not the rapid tested postitive.

They would hold them for up to 7 days testing them every day hoping for a positive test so they could get that government money. IF they didn't get their positive test, they sent them home with a a nice big bill for their stay in the hospital.

So this woman, who was so terrified of Covid she couldn't think straight, was placed in a ward with people who were actually infected. WTF kind of sense does that make unless the goal was to induce fear.

This revelation is just further evidence that TPTB don't GAF about me, or you, or anyone who isn't in their club.

Thats a COMPLETE lie, it was pushed over and over and we were DIRECTED as medical professionals to tell patients that it would STOP the spread and provide immunity

Also your claims about "covid patients taking up beds in the ICU" is ALSO false, again I was a charge nurse in a covid unit here in Washington state. It was almost IMMEDIATELY clear that there were just as many people coming in to the ICU who were already vaccinated as those who were not, and within months there were MORE in our Unit that had been vaccinated

SARS-CoV-2 is an RNA virus which is rapidly mutating so there is no way you could stop transmission or achieve sterilising immunity.
