Secret tech? I doubt..there are many desolated locations in the US where the test could have been conducted with zero witnesses except for the test site staff.

Sorry about all these posts but finally got to the bottom of this.
Okay, video of these photos and discussion is on YouTube, under the subscriber Alien Addict and the title of the video is " Calvine UFO, Ex Press Photographer, has seen all 6 pictures" I think I followed a link in this to get to site where the photos were although that seems to be "locked" by the user. At least the video shows each one of the photos.
Enjoy the viewing if you havent see this before.

One of the possible hoax suggestions is that it was a star shaped decoration suspended in the air. With the tail fin being an eyelet.
You would need to apply some trick photography or be rather innovative in some other way. Not something I would think was an obvious choice for someone planning a hoax. Not in August anyway. But you never know where the inspiration might have come from if this was a couple of pranksters.
ETA Where is MM??

Neither you nor anybody else answered my question about NHI'shere, but if the answer is yes, I don't see how it has anything to do with the fat lady singing. In fact I never heard all this discussion about NHI until Grusch went public, and by that time, AI was already a thing.
"It ain't over till (or until) the fat lady sings" is a colloquialism which is often used as a proverb. It means that one should not presume to know the outcome of an event which is still in progress. More specifically, the phrase is used when a situation is (or appears to be) nearing its conclusion.
