Most counties allow slabs at grade to be poured without permit. Now Im sure the permitting laws of the 1970s in Georgia were pretty loose .

I recently watched a video of a breaching device demolishing a reinforced concrete shelter that had very similar effects to what we saw in the video above.



Device of interest is at 7:45 or so on the video. Tell me what you think.

This is very much an improvised breaching charge. But it's a similar effect.

Honest question, as i don't know a great deal about these stones (just the headlines)...

What makes you say their designer didn't like minorities? Isn't there a passage about increasing diversity?

I read this as making scientific, genetic sense, since the smaller the gene pool, the weaker the health.
