I would be interested to see research on efficacy. Sildenafil is basically a powerful vasodilator. Increasing blood flow would need to be demonstrated in the brain, and then it would need to be effective at doing something beneficial. There are other ways to increase blood flow in the brain without global effect like Sildenafil. Sildenafil has negative side effects.

While we have sooo many drugs being imported from our ally China I would be hesitant on taking any new pharma products.
Just my opinion but we need to bring manufacturing home and have more, much more control over the quality of the raw ingredients and manufacturing processes.
Really difficult to inspect those plants in China and when the FDA does give a warning, they just shrug.
Also Viagra is one of the most counterfeit products and you can rest assured that the FDA is all over this.
