Propaganda hit piece not worth the attention. No the Russians aren't withdrawing in the sense they are leaving all of Ukraine; they are moving troops about and shuffling the deck.

The Russians are pulling back from Kharkiv. War is ongoing in Donbas region. Russians may be forced to withdraw from Izyum area if the Ukrainians make enough progress clearing the area around Kharkiv.

Keep an eye on the families, if possible. Putin has a wife and children. If any of them head south to Australia or New Zeeland, the end is near.

Ukraine has retaken hundreds of towns, villages and cities, and russia once had at least 25 BTGs in the Kharkiv region where russia just retreated under fire, though only 3-7 at the end as the rest are currently in inside russia waiting for replacement troops and equipment.
