Of course there is a longer story to it; The Ukrainian government didn't just start shooting at people in Mariupol.

Mariupol is the second-largest city in the Donetsk Oblast, and has experienced sporadic unrest since March 2014. Pro-Russian and anti-government groups first occupied the city council building on 18 March 2014.[18] The first violent incident had occurred during the night on 16 April 2014, when about 300 pro-Russian and anti-government protesters attacked a Ukrainian military unit in Mariupol, throwing petrol bombs.

en.wikipedia.org...(2014)
Not that it validates shooting unarmed civilians.

And your heavily edited Wikipedia post isn't telling the whole story either. The civilians of Mariupol didn't just decide to separate for no reason one day, they didn't decide to launch counter attacks against the Ukrainian army for no reason either. I outlined everything in a post earlier why these poor people had to separate and stand up for themselves.

Did you hear the British media interview the one civilians? "Our Government is killing us, it's very scary"

and the video is what I am referring to as leaving out the fact the military, local police and separatists were engaged with each other at that time. Now that you are aware of that fact please point out in the video whose in the Ukrainian military, local police and who are separatists and who are civilians?

You also seemed to have looked past the fact that the "uprising" in Mariupol occurred in May of 2014 and the Azov battalion was formed in May 2014. The clashes were between the AFU, local police and Russian forces (militants from the DNR).

No you didn't.
Ukraine is divided in a more Western pointed west and a Russia pointed east, and both sides are pulling on the country.
You want to ignore the annexation of the Crimea just a few months before the Mariupol situation escalated?
Russia was already long time present in the east of Ukraine.

The “Nazis” important Putin can’t root out with 20,000 dead Russian soldiers and Russia’s own right wing militants? Loss of naval vessels in a land war. Over 800 Russian vehicles captured with valuable Russian technology. Fortunes spent on missiles used to hit and kill civilians that could have gone to funding investigations based on Ukrainian anti-Nazi laws.

Maybe Putin can’t kill his Ukrainian Nazi boogeyman because he created a blatant mythology for political gain?

Russia didn't shoot down MH17. You were tricked into believing it did. Excellent propaganda.

russia's 'separatists' did, with russian provided weapon, as a result of russia's previous land stealing invasion of Ukraine.

russia is responsible for MH-17.

If kEePiNg ThE lAnD halts the Ukrainian government killing it's own unarmed citizens and burning down buildings, I'm totally ok with that.

Bit silly to fly an aeroplane near a conflict zone. 100% pilot's fault.

Ukraine cleared them to fly over a war zone. I wouldn't say it is the pilot's fault.

Do those American nazis have military and political power?

Yes. They go by a plethora of other names now, but all of them want to enforce some sort of ethnically based power, a strongman leadership, and extremist national views. They use religion as a propaganda tool, especially tying nationalism/patriotism to religion as part of their propaganda.

They initially worked on projects like rocketry, and nuclear weapons but they now have media, energy, religious, and supply chain empires.

They also have enormous economic power.

There have been US Presidents and law enforcement leaders who look favorably on their causes and ideologies.

So it's the plane's fault for flying too close to violently unhinged russian separatists on Ukrainian soil?

But not russia's fault for creating and arming those unhinged russian separatists in Ukrainian soil?
