Next lets legislate sex, let the supreme court say when you can have sex, how and with who, yep the utopia for American is really peachy, unless you know is with a transgender, then no worries about pregnancies.
And yes I am all for chemical castration of males, is about time we do something about sex driven males in the country.

No it doesn't. As written in its 1st draft, the ruling "returns this issue to the people's elected representatives". That means that the Federal Government through Congress could ban abortion or codify Roe V Wade.
So it seems this isn't a states' right issue after all.
