Not according to the wording of the presumed decision (note that's a big .pdf). There's that pesky 10th Amendment... since the Supreme Court rules that abortion is not a right specified in the Constitution, it falls to the states.
It's important to remember that this document was penned in February, that is is a first draft that one can only assume was authored to deliberately present and extreme hard line ruling, and that it was penned that way in order for all the justices to thoughtfully respond with legal arguments and precedents against and/or for each and every position, resulting hopefully in a more homogenized ruling.
I personally won't comment on the content of the document until the actual SCOTUS ruling is announced.
If it's just an early draft, what political advantages would releasing an early draft give to candidates in the Nov elections?
What's the diversion? 🌫️🐔 Who's REALLY behind the LEAK?

Abortion issue is not just a pro-abortion democrats only, is a big portion of the female population like me, that believe nobody should have rights to our bodies, that means is many Republican women that will no be very happy either.

SCOTUS and the powers that be. It was released because the actual ruling is going to come down very soon, and they want to temper the outrage. Perhaps people will be relieved and there will be less rioting if the final version isn't as extreme as the 1st draft.

That's why I said 'women'.
The Republicans had a clear path at the mid-terms, they may have just screwed that pooch and got it very pregnant.

Well I am pro abortion thankfully it was available when in case I was in need of it and I am glad my daughter have that right also.
Now women will have to go to blue states if they need them.
This not about killing fetuses, is about the women rights to their own bodies. But hey call it whatever you want.
NBC News unearthed that 1994 letter, along with a number of stridently anti-abortion comments and votes by Biden over the course of his political career. Considered today, as states around the country are locked in an arms race to implement the most punitive anti-abortion laws possible, the Democratic frontrunner’s vote in support of a constitutional amendment that would have allowed states to overturn Roe v. Wade is particularly noteworthy.

This goes beyond abortion but a lot of people don’t realize it.
Womens health has taken a backseat too long and we’re sick of it.
If people are against abortions, then let’s stop it at the source, chemical castration for all non married men.

Tempest in a teapot.
I disagree. Close to 80% of both Democrats and Independents are pro-choice, this will potentially energize people who don't normally vote.

i do not think it will happen, especially for the blue states. But i feel more of a shift . it still baffles me that more people do not believe a baby in the womb is considered a life.
You also have a right to not get pregnant. Responsibility is tough though for women right

Once the ruling is finalized, contraception will be next. The Pill, Plan B, the IUD and various other hormonal contraception will become illegal in all the states that will have banned abortion.
