The Navy did not identify the third sailor who was found unresponsive on board the ship on Friday and died.
“Our thoughts and condolences are with the family, friends, and shipmates of our Sailors,” Mommsen said.

Why not? Because it’s the military? I’ve been to rehab and I’ll just say that almost half the people there where military personal sent there and paid for by the military. Drinking and drug abuse are rampant in the Canadian military anyway.
Turns out killing people and working high stress environments where you might be killed can sometimes lead to none constructive ways of stress relief.
I am not saying it isn’t the vaccine, but it wouldn’t be my first guess.
