Making statements like there is a small percentage of Nazis there or every country has them is completely missing the point and minimalizing the situation.
An equivalent would be if the National Guard and police in the US were all Neo-Nazi organizations. Still a small percentage of the population but the level of influence and power held would be completely unacceptable.

When there is full blown war in your country and you would be a leader of it what would you do ? Would you focus on demilitarizing them or focus on saving civilians as much as you can and keep your opponent as far as you can ?

i think there are just as many right-wing radicals in other european armies. in germany, nazis sit in the bundestag. in ukraine, a jewish pro-european candidate won in a democratic election. that doesn't necessarily sound like a nazi government, does it?

And I believe the X factor as to why there was such high support for seperaton was the radical nationalist groups who became very empowered after the maiden coup. If a group of extremist nationalists took over your government in a violent coup would you want to live under that new government?
