Since when was being anti-war being pro-Putin?
Really curious here.

Seems a lot of people on the right support Vladmir Putin. Is it because of their hatred for the left? I mean, you have to really hate a group to support the greatest war atrocities we've seen since ww2.

Pretty much. The Right were anti-Putin until Obama started having issues with him.

Where are these lots of people?
"I stand/sit/kneel in support/condemnation of the current thing." TM
Just reading a few Right-leaning forums.
Many people think it's fake. They deflect from the facts on the ground. They think Ukraine is bombing themselves and Russia hasn't killed any civilians.

The Khmer Rouge was a brutal regime that ruled Cambodia, under the leadership of Marxist dictator Pol Pot, from 1975 to 1979. Pol Pot’s attempts to create a Cambodian “master race” through social engineering ultimately led to the deaths of more than 2 million people in the Southeast Asian country. Those killed were either executed as enemies of the regime, or died from starvation, disease or overwork. Historically, this period—as shown in the film The Killing Fields—has come to be known as the Cambodian Genocide.
Estimates of casualties of the Vietnam War vary widely. Estimates include both civilian and military deaths in North and South Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
1,353,000 total deaths in North and South Vietnam during the period 1965–1974 in which the U.S. was most engaged in the war. Lewy reduced the number of Viet Cong (VC) and People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN) battle deaths claimed by the U.S. by 30 percent (in accordance with the opinion of United States Department of Defense officials), and assumed that one-third of the reported battle deaths of the PAVN/VC may have actually been civilians. He estimates that between 30 and 46% of the total war deaths were civilians. His estimate of total deaths is reflected in the table.[3]

And yet one corner of the American right continues to support Russia, or at least Russian talking points, despite the lack of any clear political reason for it to do so.

People can disdain Putin and Biden simultaneously for different reasons. We don't have to "choose a side" because frankly, all the sides suck except the republic of Ukraine who can't get a word in between fascists of the east and oligarchs of the west.

I have been hearing Russia since 2012...
I refer to Obama telling putin he will have more leeway after the election, and making fun of Romney for saying Russia was a threat.
Then it was Trump/Russia...and that is STILL going.
Then we are told Hunters laptop is Russian disinfo... 2 years later and oops, it is real.
Then Biden canels our domestic oil products and its russias fault we are now buying from them and the price going up is Russian fault.
And now war in the Ukraine is Russian fault solely. People were praising zolensky for giving guns to fight the russians...and then bitch when the Russians shoot back.
So yeah, I don't believe zolensky and I c÷rainy don't trust our media and their lapdog politicians when they say Russia anymore.
