We do know that texts from her appear in Mark Meadows phone, spouting Q anon theories and noting that they cannot stop in trying to overturn the election. We do know that the J6 had a case go to SCOTUS to get WH documents and other related materials released to them. We do know that 8 were in favor, that Justice Thomas voted against it. I stated he should be questioned regarding why he didn't recuse himself. As for the previously stated position may become open, I wasn't implying he would be removed, I think he may retire due to "health" reasons.

I don't like black people now? Weird I thought you were just all over me for supporting Jackson. Dang, what am I supposed to do about half of my family?

I have no idea what you "know", or think you "know" about someone elses spouses text messages.

Have you given the same scrutiny to the nominees spouses text messages?
If not why?
How much do we know about the nominees spouse?

Don't bring your family, you won't like them referenced later.

Play semantics all you want. Mark Meadows has turned information over. He has not denied it, the information included the texts of the wife of a Justice. Do I know if any other spouse of a Justice wants to remove the sitting President? No I do not.

I could not care less if you reference my family later, threaten me all you want.

I know some Congress people elected to get that mofo out of the WH. They are elected officials. The wife of a SCOTUS is not. It is private conversation and not trying to push an agenda on the will of your voters.

So it is just crappy speculation against the spouse of the lone black guy on the Supreme Court?
And that is not racially motivated?

You are leveraging his spouses PRIVATE texts to question his judgment?
Which other justices are expected to withstand this scrutiny?
I will wait.

Perhaps inquire amongst your "family".

Wait, so Mark Meadows set her up? How is it speculation? He turned over the records of calls and texts. I suppose any Justice who had a spouse who texted Mark Meadows the same thing and and was the only vote against releasing documents would garner the same speculation.

I think it's very cute that you are trying to paint me as a racist though. A quick look around ATS shows that I'm often one of the few arguing with the blatant racists who are on the site. Funny enough, don't remember you along side me pushing back against them in various threads. And what's up with the word family in quotations? It's not a secret around here. I'm not sure what your end game is, but I'll play along if it keeps you entertained.

To?
The public?
After all of the "rushia rushia rushia" you will understand the lack of trust of the media you sourced.
You have the word of liars, in service to liars.

As to your posts, you own them. Quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, usually its a duck.

Mate the Leftist Ideals and those who follow them are the Blatant Racist end of story .

I was a Democrat for most of my young Life and let me tell you looking back on my thought process as a young man I was a special kind of moron , and people who continue on into there adult life as Leftist are Very Special Morons who's Brains never fully developed .

secondly the " Text " you are referring to are only a problem because the Left is trying to make it a problem , The " Insurrection " was just a Protest same as all the Protest around the country the only Difference was most of those involved were Conservatives so automatically it's no longer a " Protest " its an " Insurrection " .

So I'm not sure If you can't see that or if you simply wont see that , Just use objective thought stop ignoring things just because they don't fit the predetermined Ideals .

in short Grow up

Really? Just a protest? I've been visiting ats for close to a decade and this is the post that brought me from the shadows. Any protests, in recent memory, ever end in the protesters storming the countries capitol? Any protests, at all?

Better slip back into the shadows then less be faced with the reality of the Kavanaugh hearings, church burning white house gates crashed, guard house burning. Thats just in DC.

Then maybe we can venture to municipal buildings stormed, looted and torched nationally?

So the " Summer Of Love " In Seattle where " protesters " took over an entire portion of the city and self imposed Marshall law storming police stations all the while Robbing , Raping and Murdering .

I assume you forgot about that ? Need I mention the dozens of other cities where millions of dollars in damages where done by the " Peaceful " protesters .

Come on out the shadows mate lets debate this until we are Blue in the face because in the end , It was not what they did or where they did it , but simply it was the who did it and that was Conservatives .

What would have happened if Donald Trump won the election ? you think the Lefties would have just sat idly aside ? No they would have burned Washington DC to the ground .

Just my humble opinion but rioters set fire to a federal courthouse in Portland the summer of 2020 which is way worse.

Rioters set fire to federal courthouse

They also set fire to a police station with people inside.

Riot declared in Portland after police station set on fire

Sure the capitol is a much bigger venue but that's the only difference in my opinion. You can't say setting a courthouse and police station on fire is okay and then talk out of the other side of your mouth that January 6th was the equivelant to pearl harbor.

Unless you're morally compromised.

She referenced her daughters and being a woman, so you can be pretty sure she has an idea. Would have been better though if she got Amy's tough questions like "what are your hobbies".

Well if she knows what one is, then why can't she tell us without the expert advice of a biologist? And if being a biologist is what it takes, then my husband could tell us all, and that is that you need two XX chromosomes.

Becoming a woman is a little more nuanced than just having two XX chromosomes. Most people consider a girl becomes a woman when she has her first period. But is she a "woman" if she's 11 or 12 years old?

Some girls, like gymnasts, don't start their periods until they're in their late teens or early twenties. Most people consider them already women by that time.

Some females are, sadly, born without a uterus, and will never have a period. But, if she's in her late teens or early twenties, most people will consider her a woman.

So, "What is a woman?" isn't as black and white a question as you might think.

Oh, please ... Now you're splitting hairs.

However, since it now takes a period to become a woman, then transwomen are not women and should not compete with them I guess. A transwoman can never, ever be one. So why are they being picked as "woman" of the year?

Goes if only you had paid attention back in the beginning
Thousands protest at the White House against Keystone XL pipeline
The sunrise movement - December 2018 — Congress takeover demand a select committee for a Green New Deal

Then just recemtly

Climate change activists chained themselves to the gates of the White House on Wednesday in protest of proposed oil pipelines.

Protesters from several campaign groups used kayaks and their bodies to block the entrances to into the building, pictures shared to social media showed.

Those involved are against plans to build the Line 3 pipeline, which would export hundreds of thousands of barrels of oil from Alberta in Canada through Minnesota to Wisconsin, while crossing Indigenous land, as well as the Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP), a natural gas pipeline from southern Virginia to northwestern West Virginia.

Protesters are also demanding climate infrastructure deals.

Seems you not paying very much attention to the troubles in DC

No, I'm saying that the term is nuanced.

However, since it now takes a period to become a woman

Now? What did you used to think it took for a girl to become a woman, before "now"? Trans issues aside, surely, you never thought that a healthy 6 year old girl was a woman.

Even more nuanced is the question of when a boy becomes a man.

Nuance is lefty-speak for an excuse to make up whatever delusion I want. You can weasel however you want on this, but immaturity is not an excuse to say that men can also be women which is where you are going, and intersex chromosomal anomalies are also not an excuse for it.

Do I need a biologist to come with me to tell me what sex you are? Do you need one in order to figure that out?

Does a woman stop being one after menopause?

Of course not, she still has her XX chromosomes. She is still a female human who had to potential to give birth, even if she never did or never could for whatever reason.

A transwoman will never be that.

Sookie your just playing on words ?

Woman ? The Senator could have easily ask " Can you define what a Female is ? "

They didn't ask what is the societal norm for considering when a Girl is a Woman , your walking out onto an entirely different branch .

Maybe that's where, but no, it's not where I was going. Where I "was going" is exactly where I went. "Woman" is not a medical or a legal term. It's cultural and usually refers to a female who has reached sexual maturity. However, we don't consider an 11 or 12 year old girl who has gotten her period as really a "woman", even though her mother may tell her, "Today, you're a woman".

Maybe we should define "woman" as a female who has the legal right to consent to sex?

As far a "trans" goes, there is no way that I will EVER think of Catlyn Jenner as a "woman". But, I don't have a problem calling them a "her" or a "she". It doesn't bother me if she wants to call herself a woman.

But I think KBJ was right to just say "I don't know" rather than insert an opinion that was sure to be argued among all kinds of people, including trans.
