I am not just talking about Job being tested. I'm talking about the most sinful character being in heaven when we are told that that just can't happen. Nobody who is not free of sin can even be in the presence of god. It is the reason given for the death of Jesus.

The fact that god would just chit chat with the guy that tried to run a coup on him is also a big hole in the plot.

My guess would be draco. Although Saturn also has a lot of morbid history to it from the ancient seers and such.

Basically, you said it was illogical based on how you would feel not on any verse. You said:

You act like God and satan were close friends and God should have been hurt like you would feel if he saw satan in Heaven. You said:

How can God be betrayed when he knows all things? The Bible says this:

Genesis 6:5 "And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."

God knows our every thought, so how can He be betrayed?

The beginning was in the Garden of Eden. The Bible tells us the devil was Created and was the anointed cherub:

Again, the Bible answers itself. You read the Bible looking for plot holes and you think you find them because you're biased. There's no plot holes and it's only illogical to the carnal mind. The Bible says:

1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

A lot of atheist think they're being wise when they find what they think are plot holes. They then go to forums like this or in a debate and say what about this? What about that?

They try to play a game of gotcha and it always backfires like with your post about Job.

I have more questions for atheist:

1. How can you conclude God doesn't exist with such limited information? We're a type 0 civilization that hasn't been back to the moon in 53 years. We haven't even fully explored our own backyard, yet you conclude that there's no God?

2. How do you conclude that there's no afterlife? Resuscitation techniques are pushing the time of death back further and further. We now know the brain is still active even when the heart has stopped pumping blood to the brain. How can you know there's no afterlife with such limited knowledge?

3. How can atheist conclude that we're the highest form of intelligence that has ever existed? We're in a universe scientist say is 13.8 billion years old. They then have to appeal to a multiverse or 10^500 false vacua to try to explain the fine tuned universe. So many of them believe the universe is infinite. So in a 13.8 billion year old universe that may be a speck in the eyes of infinity, how can an atheist conclude that humans are the only and highest form of intelligence, knowledge, wisdom and understanding that has ever existed? How can you make such a conclusion with such limited knowledge?

A. We are told nobody who is a sinner can enter the kingdom of god.

B. We are told satan has been sinning since the beginning.

C. We are told satan enters the kingdom of god.

Doesn't add up unless god and satan have a special relationship, life a friendship even.

For a start...

God orders the destruction of 60 cities so that the Israelites can live there. He orders the killing of all the men, women, and children of each city, and the looting of all of value (Deuteronomy 3). He orders another attack and the killing of all the living creatures of the city: men and women, young, and old, as well as oxen sheep, and asses (Joshua 6). In Judges 21 He orders the murder of all the people of Jabesh-gilead, except for the virgin girls who were taken to be forcibly raped and married. When they wanted more virgins, God told them to hide alongside the road and when they saw a girl they liked, kidnap her and forcibly rape her and make her your wife!

Just about every other page in the Old Testament has God killing somebody! In 2 Kings 10:18-27, God orders the murder of all the worshipers of a different god in their very own church! In total God kills 371,186 people directly and orders another 1,862,265 people murdered.

The God of the Bible also allows slavery, including selling your own daughter as a sex slave (Exodus 21:1-11), child abuse (Judges 11:29-40 & Isaiah 13:16), and bashing babies against rocks (Hosea 13:16 & Psalms 137:9).



Predominantly, it's a farce and a falsehood. A means to entice gullible people into paying money for their "sins". An age old trick to control and manipulate the masses. The oldest trick in the book so to speak.

Ultimately, your thread is a load of nonsense and stating that "atheists" have an emotional reaction to something they don't believe exist, is fundamentally stupid and monumentally ignorant.

You seem to want to establish today's values and norms on people 2000+ years ago. You must be a lefty as that is what they like to do. If we look at humanity back when humans went full stupid evil they have mostly been non-religious events. Humans in general are not nice to say the least and religion has at least at some basic core good fundamental morals we can fall back on when we do go stupid. What we have seen is those times we went stupid with no moral foundation to come back to is we go full evil until 10 of millions are dead and even that doesn't stop us.

All of the times God destroyed a civilization it was due to their malignant behavior that was a threat to the surrounding area or even the whole world.

Kreate mentioned the total annihilation called for in Joshua 6 as being unjust by God. But in Jericho was a race of giant cannibals that were terrorizing the world. The reason all had to die was because the fallen angel bloodline had to be removed from the earth. Being opposed to this eradication would be similar to a Nazi sympathizer, or more like a Giant Nazi sympathizer
