It'll be six months before it starts beaming images back to Earth. Hopefully this is all settled by then.

By the time it's actually reporting images back to us, most people will have become jaded to the news, or just might dismiss the news altogether. In the end, six months might be just about the right amount of time for the covid story to be replaced by life on other planets being found.

According to anon's reading of the law of war manual, we have a situation where we have dual invasion forces inside DC. First the insurrectionists and second the deep state. They contend that for one year after the initial insurrection the military is there to investigate and that after that year is up, the military is then to deal with what they have discovered. Which, by this time, means that they are authorized to take down the swamp. It's worth a read, imo.

Cool. I actually anticipated this visit very shortly beforehand, as was thinking how it would be cool if someone did stop by ...although I was anticipating someone I already knew.

My wife formerly worked in the state parks system, so we lived inside a park, similar to now, so we developed "stranger skills". The fact this happened here on Christmas, as you said, was indeed a gift.

It's mental torture time!..

Is getting a third dose of a vaccine the same as getting a booster? Maybe not.

A third dose is receiving the same formulation and same dose that was received in the first and second dose. This is currently recommended for immunocompromised patients as it is unlikely that a two-dose series in these patients would produce a sufficient immune response for adequate protection.

A booster shot is typically a smaller dose of the vaccine given to fully vaccinated patients after a period of time where immunity begins to wane. The purpose of a booster shot is to re-ignite the immune response to a higher level and does not replace the original two-dose series of vaccination.

Booster shots may also be reformulations of the original vaccination formulation. The first and second dose of the Moderna vaccine is 100 mcg. Moderna currently has three different formulations of a booster shot in a clinical trial. As data becomes available, the best candidate will be selected for the booster shot in the Fall of 2021.

At this time, for patients who received the Moderna vaccine and are immunocompromised, it is recommended they receive a full third dose of the Moderna vaccine and not a booster dose.

In the case of the Pfizer vaccine, the booster shot will be the same formulation and strength as the vaccine’s original two-dose series. Each shot is 30 mcg per dose.

He was also Anglican, not Catholic. Do we need to interpret the 'death of a Black Pope' prediction way back when, as a Catholic 'thing' because it was (and still is) a dominant faith? Hope that makes sense. Let's face it, Tutu was probably one of the most famous of Anglicans, the equivalent of Pope but without the title.
