The last thing this country needs is federal agents pretending to be Trump and Haris supporters and causing violence.

People should record any strange happenings as a way to preserve evidence, so anyone who is up to no good can be more easily brought to justice.

A Fulton County Superior Court Judge ruled on Tuesday that county election officials must certify vote counts in the upcoming election even if they suspect fraud or errors.

The judge said any disputes over fraud should be settled in court.

Of course, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has made it clear that any lawyer who challenges vote fraud and abuse will be indicted and disbarred.

“If election superintendents were, as Plaintiff urges, free to play investigator, prosecutor, jury, and judge and so — because of a unilateral determination of error or fraud — refuse to certify election results, Georgia voters would be silenced. Our Constitution and our Election Code do not allow for that to happen,” Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney said in his order, according to NBC News.

Federal judge orders Alabama to halt voter purge program and restore eligible voters

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered Alabama to temporarily halt its voter removal program, deemed illegal by the Justice Department.

Why it matters: Ahead of the presidential election, voter status will be restored to people inactivated who should still be eligible.

In a September lawsuit, the Justice Department said Alabama illegally purged voters too close to the November election.

Catch up quick: Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen announced a purge program to begin 84 days before the start of the general election, the injunction said.

Allen identified 3,251 noncitizens who were registered to vote.
States usually have a hard deadline to complete ineligible voter purging no later than 90 days before a federal election under the National Voter Registration Act.

What's next: Within three days, Allen is to issue guidance to county registrars to restore voter registration records to those who should still be eligible, per the injunction.

These registrants must also be notified that their status has been restored.
Exceptions include people who submitted a voter removal request or those who cannot vote because of criminal convictions or mental incapacity.

So if ineligible voters were purged, how many voters out of those purged were actually eligible voters and will have their status restored?

Because, according to the ruling this seems to only apply to "those who should still be eligible, per the injunction".

Maybe I need to read the injunction to better understand this.

From reading the injunction it sounds like all of the registrations are to be restored, but if some of those people don't exists, are duplicates, or live out of State, first of all, why would you restore those statuses? And secondly, how do you notify all of those people, especially when some of them don't exist or live out of State.

4. Within three days of this Order, Secretary Allen is ordered to issue
guidance to county registrars in all sixty-seven counties to immediately restore to
active status the voter registration records of registrants inactivated as part of the
Program, so long as those individuals (1) did not subsequently submit a voter
removal request, or (2) are not subject to removal by reason of criminal conviction
or mental incapacity (as provided by State law), or by reason of the death of the
registrant.

JUST IN: RNC Files Lawsuit Against Detroit For Deleting Ballot Box Surveillance Footage

The RNC filed a lawsuit against the City of Detroit Department of Elections for deleting ballot drop box surveillance footage.

The lawsuit accuses Detroit elections officials of violating the Freedom of Information Act by deleting the footage more than two weeks after they requested it from the city.

“Deleting footage that is the subject of a pending FOIA request—submitted more than two weeks before the footage was deleted—is a clear violation of FOIA,” the RNC said, according to CBS News. “Detroit had a clear legal obligation to preserve and provide the footage, which they violated.”

The RNC requested drop box footage from the August primary election.

RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said the GOP will hold Detroit accountable and make sure the surveillance footage for the 2024 election is preserved.

“Deleting drop box surveillance footage while there is a pending FOIA request for it is an assault on transparency. This breach of trust is exactly what reduces confidence in our elections. We will hold Detroit accountable, as this secrecy has no place in a fair and secure election — Michiganders deserve far better.” – RNC Chair Whatley

I saw another report from Detroit today, but it seems to have been scrubbed. It alleged that election workers were told that added security would be cracking down on GOP observers and that cheating would be allowed.

Jaffe boasts that far-left Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s guidance limits the rights of poll challengers to do much of anything
Jaffe says that ballots will be allowed regardless of anything challengers see, because challengers have little to no power to stop the process. Says Jaffe, gloating: “A challenged ballot is always counted.”
Jaffe claims that the ballots should be finished counting soon on election night, even though they are anticipating a total of 100,000 absentee ballots for Detroit.
He claims Security is gonna be much “better.” Part of that is because challengers are being restricted, even their movement in the facility will be restricted. Inspectors will be allowed to “red flag” any challengers so that City officials can justify removing them from the building.
Jaffe brags that the process denies information to challengers, saying Republicans will be “surprised by a lot” because election officials keep challengers in the dark on purpose and will not explain the election processes to them.
Jaffe instructs Democrat challengers to take enough information on Republicans that they might be identified later, and that if they refuse to identify themselves it’s a “sign of a guilty conscience” but then also hypocritically says Democrats should not identify themselves to Republicans, saying, “If another challenger asks for your credential, I advise you not to show it to them.”
