UPDATE: The Lancaster County, Pennsylvania attorney announced on Friday that the investigation expanded to at least two neighboring counties.
Lancaster officials also announced that two ballot registration groups were involved in the scandal. These groups were not mentioned by name today.
The groups have not been named.
Another attorney urged the Secretary of State’s office to warn other Pensylvannia counties to be on alert for fake registrations.
The Lancaster County attorney blasted the Pennsylvania Secretary of State for playing politics instead of assisting the county.
Several of the registrations included the same handwriting! Most of the registrations were not signed by the people who were listed.

Election Day Cybersecurity Threat (exercise) CANCELLED... AFCEA has cancelled its Election Day cyber threat exercise and Homeland Security conference due to “A rapid and unanticipated rise in rhetoric and threats stemming from disinformation about the purpose of the event and its proximity to Election Day…”. What disinformation? AFCEA planned a tabletop cybersecurity threat exercise on Election Day in the key battleground state of Georgia and in Fulton County where its dubious 2020 election irregularities are still being actively questioned in multiple court cases and State Election Board investigations. That’s not disinformation. The following two day Homeland Security conference was also cancelled “because a number of government agencies are unable to participate…” Duh!…, Let’s hope they are doing something constructive during that week, like monitoring American elections for real cybersecurity threats. And why was the rhetoric “unanticipated”? Didn’t any of the conference planners recognize the absurdity of what they were planning to do?

It is going to come out that 2020 was stolen but at that point Trump will be president again. Those that committed these acts believe it will all just go away like it did in 2020 but these next cases will be different.
They will be federal 'charges' including many levels of conspiracy. When the PEIC was 'disbanded' it did not go away. The entire thing is in the hands of DHS. They know. This is why they conspired to allow 1/6 to happen. This is why no trials were held because proof would have come out.

The Democrats, and the Progressive in charge did not want an investigation. Even though anything collected by the commission was not sent to DHS, but to NARA, DHS already has all of this information.
Once back in office, a new head of DHS will be assigned and all hell could very well break loose.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday ruled all mail-in ballots must be received by election day in order to be counted.
The panel of three Trump-appointed judges – Andrew Oldham, James Ho and Kyle Duncan – said Mississippi was violating federal law by counting mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day.
“Congress statutorily designated a singular ‘day for the election’ of members of Congress and the appointment of presidential electors,” the 5th Circuit panel said, according to CNN. “Text, precedent, and historical practice confirm this ‘day for the election’ is the day by which ballots must be both cast by voters and received by state officials.”
The RNC and other watchdog groups like Judicial Watch filed lawsuits in Mississippi seeking to stop the counting of mail-in ballots received after Election Day.
Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch deserve much praise for this amazing news!

I excitedly started a thread on this good news Friday, only to learn yesterday that this ruling only applies to the 3 states covered by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. (At least that is what CNN is reporting.)

One day after Trump fills Madison Square Garden, this is how CNN is choosing to report on the Presidential race.
Check out today's headline's:

The Nevada Supreme Court on Monday ruled mail-in ballots with postmarks can be counted up to 4 days after the election and non-postmarked ballots can be counted up to 3 days after the election.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals last Friday ruled all mail-in ballots must be received by election day in order to be counted.

Breaking news today:
Supreme Court sides with Virginia in case, rules non-citizens can be removed from voter rolls
The Biden administration was fighting hard to get these noncitizens put back on the voter rolls, which would enable voter fraud.
The SCOTUS ruled VA was in the right. Of course noncitizens should be removed from the voter rolls.
If anyone who is a legitimate voter is mistakenly taken off, they can still vote by a provisional ballot. Not a single legitimate voter can be prevented from voting due to this decision.
In a recent live television interview, 9NEWS anchor Kyle Clark put Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold in the hot seat over a scandalous leak of BIOS passwords linked to voting machines.
The leak reportedly exposed sensitive data for voting system components across nearly all Colorado counties.
The Colorado GOP’s affidavit claims that Griswold’s office inadvertently published a file containing over 600 BIOS passwords on the Secretary of State’s official website, leaving the sensitive information exposed to public access from August to October.
Colorado’s election security protocols mandate strict confidentiality around such data, and the unencrypted public display of BIOS passwords breaches this core requirement.
