"We executed four federally court-authorized operations today to gather evidence in connection with the investigation into the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's Office," District Attorney Dan Rubinstein told Colorado Politics. "We did so with assistance from the DA's office from the 21st Judicial District, the Attorney General’s Office and the FBI."
- The accurate final vote for Mesa County cannot be determined based on the review.
- Persons unknown altered data from the election and at least 5,500 ballots were processed differently than the other ballots in the county making them ineligible.
- For some unknown reason, new adjudication and tabulation databases were created for most of the ballots processed in the county. The 5,500 ballots were not included in this activity.
- In the new databases, adjudicated cases decreased in half, from nearly 10% to near 5%. There was no explanation from the county for this significant decrease.
- There is no way of confirming that the new database included the exact same results from the original database.
- Log files were purged almost daily which is illegal since election files must be maintained for 22 months after the election.
- There is evidence the election machines can connect to the server and evidence SQL was accessible to make material changes to the data in the files.
- There is evidence the systems have not been backed up for years, which puts all the voting machines at risk.
Jones, who is seeking his party's nomination for lieutenant governor next year, said he was disappointed that state authorities like the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the attorney general or secretary of state didn't initiate audits of the video because drop boxes were introduced as a new tactic during the pandemic and raised concerns about potential abuse.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation recently disclosed in a letter it declined to investigate or audit concerns about possible misuse of drop boxes, saying there wasn't enough evidence to warrant such an action.
The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.
“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”
In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.
However, an individual getting trained asked the official a question which exposed questionable Washington state voting laws.
In regards to the example of the newspaper clipping under review, the individual asked the official with King County Elections:
"So, even if someone took a napkin and wrote the office, the race, and their selection, that would be enough?"
The official replied, "That would be enough and we would count that as a vote."

You're all worried about fraud and less worried about the reason Trump endorsed Ms Lake?
Let's review his reasoning for a moment, and what this is really all about.
Exhibit A in the Trump team’s plan to install friendly governors in states to potentially overturn votes in his favor in 2024.
This people, this is the big huge thing in the background of all this, while they have you all riled up worrying about election security and fraudits, they are doing this in the background... Kari Lake is very much part of this game too..so is Ms Rogers, et al.
This is why I say take the blinders off and actually reason it out, there's no reason to claim fraud, unless you're trying to change things to benefit you the next time around, otherwise it makes little to no sense to scream it and get everyone all pitchforks and torches mad about it. But what the hell do I know, obviously in your eyes nothing, and in others I'm just some dumb lib girl that has drunk the Kool aid.
I know a lot more than you do about this whole mess, and just because I refuse to get involved with either side in it, doesn't mean that I won't keep trying to get you all to wake the heck up and see what's REALLY happening.

Worded as the media lies we have been seeing since the election. "Overturn the election" That's a fraud right there.
Disallowing the fraudulent votes is what this is about in Trump's arena, but lying leftists ignore the facts and establish lies that no one believes. Just keep on pretending like they do.
You're missing my whole point.
This is not about fraudulent votes, never really was. I have yet to hear anyone in the MSM state that there is something more going on here, other then the various sides pointing fingers at each other, but after watching it all, and putting it all together, it's amazing.
1) Cry fraud, your base will energize and start to rally and yell
2) have a Fraudit , claim it uncovered proof, but never actually show any of that proof, just figures, nothing concrete, I can make up figures.
3) claim you have the real proof, have a rally and then say the proof was hacked, again no real proof.
4) yell louder about fraud, get others riled up and on the bandwagon.
5) make sure people sympathetic to you are "elected" in to office
6) If you lose again, SCREAM FRAUD and those people you "got elected" will do everything you want.
It's classic, it's just so simple and classic it's amazing you all don't see it.
(and don't think I noticed you called me a liberal, I did notice it and I am ignoring it)

If such dropboxes are going to be part of elections, they not only need to be under 24/7 video surveillance, but that video needs to be livestreamed for anyone and everyone to monitor. It does no good if it is not subject to public scrutiny at will.
It would also help if they were constructed so you can only feed in one ballot at a time. That way someone can't dump 10k ballots in one box when it comes "witching hour".

It just occurred to me it probably won't work. Because the person stuffing in the ballots could just get a key and open the the back of the box and throw them in.
So maybe the election office's access point should have a seal on it, to prove whether it has previously been opened or not? (Assuming the person opening it couldn't just have one of those seals with them, and re seal it...)
I feel like we're talking about trying to build a squirrel proof bird feeder.

The citizens in PA should DEMAND to have a vote this winter. They can vote to leave the election system as it was in Nov 2020, or the effect changes before Nov 2022. Whatever the citizens want, they get. Implement changes that are most significant first, so would-be cheaters can't whine, "There's not enough time!".

I agree.
But then I think we also agree that's what every state and county should be doing. Fixing the problems as they find them and know them should be everyone's first and primary priority.
BEFORE any more elections take place!

All we can do is make it as difficult as possible to cheat.

That is an excellent idea!

Especially so with political circles issuing an increasing number of dire warnings about Democrat losses in November 2022.
They will pull out all the stops to supercharge their election cheating actions, and put them in place even earlier than is done for "normal" cheating.
Regarding WISCONSIN - The Wisconsin Election Commission has been identified as the source for a good number of election and ballot "issues" in Nov 2020.
ACTION is being taken against them: www.wispolitics.com...

- Determine whether any changes should be made to the RLA Report. If so, the Board should determine whether such changes adversely impact the integrity of the RLA Report as originally reported.
- Review the audit methodology used in counties across Georgia and create a prescriptive and uniform set of rules that ensure one process is followed by all counties that result in a clear presentation of data.
She said the agents would not tell her why they were searching her home. They did leave behind documents related to the search warrant, saying they entered her home because she was suspected of causing "intentional damage to a protected computer, wire fraud and conspiracy to cause damage to a protected computer."
"I don't know anything about this. They couldn't explain any of this," she said. "I will tell you why: they were at my home to intimidate me, to shut me up, because I was using my First Amendment rights to advocate for [Mesa County Clerk] Tina Peters on the issue of Dominion [voting machines] and the damage done in our election. And they'll never be held accountable. Instead they will criminalize this woman who has stood up."
A lawsuit alleging multiple violations of federal and state election laws, as well as Pennsylvania’s “Right to Know” statute, was filed in Delaware County Court of Pennsylvania Wednesday night, according to sources familiar with the litigation.
The suit (case number: 187701637235922978) was brought by plaintiffs Gregory Stenstrom, Leah Hoopes and Ruth Morin. Stenstrom, a 2020 Republican poll watcher, has been outspoken in recent months regarding alleged irregularities in ballot canvassing in Delaware County
In early 2021, a whistleblower working for the Delaware County Bureau of Elections began inquiring why it was apparent to her that multiple documents pertaining to the Nov. 3, 2020 elections were being destroyed in the southeastern Pennsylvania county, the sources said. The name of the whistleblower has not yet been made public.
In May, a third-party attorney filed a request via Pennsylvania’s public-transparency law, asking for election data and records for last November’s elections. In particular, the request asked for return sheets, the official documents on which election results are recorded, as well as voting-machine tapes showing the in-person vote totals for each precinct.
According to the videos and the sources regarding the lawsuit, many such records were actually destroyed because Delaware County officials violated numerous election laws and needed to hide evidence of their violations. The alleged destruction of records was, the sources say, done to ensure that the records eventually provided actually matched the election results that were reported in Nov. 2020.
Rep. Ramthun’s resolution details tremendous amounts of election fraud, including 44,272 voters who did not show proper voter identification (which alone is more than twice the margin necessary to win), thousands of emails that show election manipulation by Mark Zuckerberg’s funding, irregularities in the state’s voter registrations like 400 registered voters at a single address, the Wisconsin Election Commission committing felony crimes by knowingly ordering illegal voting at nursing homes, and so much more.
