So much to post this morning! First, we have a new thread on ATS from ElectricUniverse --

Pa. County Whistleblower: Data Regarding Thousands of Return Ballots Erased Part 2

-- And this is their source link:

Pa. County Whistleblower: Data Regarding Thousands of Return Ballots Erased

PA Senator Mastriano had been pushing for an audit, and requested election data and equipment from three counties (two predominantly Republican and one predominantly Democrat), but the counties refused to turn over the equipment, citing threats from state officials that if they provided the requested equipment for audit, that it would be "compromised" and they would have to replace the equipment -- something they cannot afford to do. He has been prevented from issuing subpoenas for the election materials.

Pennsylvania Election Audit Has Been ‘Stopped,’ GOP State Sen. Says As ‘Powers That Be’ Block Him From Issuing Subpoenas

There are continuing legal efforts to conduct an audit, which -- of course -- are being fought in court.

PA judge grants voters party status in election audit lawsuit

So a judge has decided to give legal "standing" to individuals and groups in court to fight the audit... We've all heard about the many many court cases demanding election audits and investigations which have been outright dismissed by judges for lack of standing, even as the judge affirms violations of law and other chicanery. But not this judge! Apparently laws don't matter when it comes to election fraud, interference and tampering...

In the meantime, further legislative efforts are being made to ensure future election integrity:

Pennsylvania Republicans introduce legislation to secure all-new election bureau

We'll have to wait and see where it goes with this new whistleblower information...

ETA: Gateway Pundit has three videos from the whistleblower posted here:

From Mesa County, Colorado:

FBI raids home of Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters in election data breach investigation

"We executed four federally court-authorized operations today to gather evidence in connection with the investigation into the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's Office," District Attorney Dan Rubinstein told Colorado Politics. "We did so with assistance from the DA's office from the 21st Judicial District, the Attorney General’s Office and the FBI."

Tina Peters is the County Clerk who appeared at Mike Lindell's Symposium back in August, who brought someone in to copy the 2020 election data from their servers before it was "updated" (read: erased) by the SoS office, as reported by Gateway Pundit at the time:

Mesa County Colorado Clerk Tina Peters Tells Shocking Story on How Her Office Was Raided As She Was En Route to Symposium

Technically, as I understand it, Tina Peters' violated the law by bringing in an outsider and copying the information... however, so too was it a violation of law by the SoS to conduct an "update" which would (and did) erase election data, which must be preserved for two years following an election.

That data -- as copied at Tina Peters' instruction -- was recently examined and analyzed:

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Mesa County, Colorado 2020 Election Results Reviewed – Thousands of Ballots and Entire Process Contaminated – 2020 Election Results Never Should Have Been Certified

Among the findings:

  • The accurate final vote for Mesa County cannot be determined based on the review.
  • Persons unknown altered data from the election and at least 5,500 ballots were processed differently than the other ballots in the county making them ineligible.
  • For some unknown reason, new adjudication and tabulation databases were created for most of the ballots processed in the county. The 5,500 ballots were not included in this activity.
  • In the new databases, adjudicated cases decreased in half, from nearly 10% to near 5%. There was no explanation from the county for this significant decrease.
  • There is no way of confirming that the new database included the exact same results from the original database.
  • Log files were purged almost daily which is illegal since election files must be maintained for 22 months after the election.
  • There is evidence the election machines can connect to the server and evidence SQL was accessible to make material changes to the data in the files.
  • There is evidence the systems have not been backed up for years, which puts all the voting machines at risk.

As stated, I believe Tina Peters did in fact and in deed violate the law but only to preserve data that would be erased by another violation of the law... She may try to claim whistleblower status, but there's no guarantee it will be granted even if she does.

From Georgia:

Influential Georgia senator urges audit of surveillance tapes at ballot drop boxes

Jones, who is seeking his party's nomination for lieutenant governor next year, said he was disappointed that state authorities like the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the attorney general or secretary of state didn't initiate audits of the video because drop boxes were introduced as a new tactic during the pandemic and raised concerns about potential abuse.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation recently disclosed in a letter it declined to investigate or audit concerns about possible misuse of drop boxes, saying there wasn't enough evidence to warrant such an action.

Jones seems to be referring either directly or indirectly to the assertions of drop box "stuffing" by Catherine Englebrecht of True the Vote as reported in August:

Exclusive — True The Vote Conducting Massive Clandestine Voter Fraud Investigation

The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.

“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”

In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.

These dropboxes were under video surveillance, and the claims of True the Vote can easily be proven or disproven by the video surveillance (assuming it has not been destroyed already!). But the PTB have refused to do so.

If such dropboxes are going to be part of elections, they not only need to be under 24/7 video surveillance, but that video needs to be livestreamed for anyone and everyone to monitor. It does no good if it is not subject to public scrutiny at will.

From Washington State -- Let's file this under "anything is possible" these days:

Votes to count even if they are mailed in on napkins in Washington state

However, an individual getting trained asked the official a question which exposed questionable Washington state voting laws.

In regards to the example of the newspaper clipping under review, the individual asked the official with King County Elections:

"So, even if someone took a napkin and wrote the office, the race, and their selection, that would be enough?"

The official replied, "That would be enough and we would count that as a vote."

The official stance is that Washington is a "voter intent" state, so as long as they can discern the intent of the voter, it is valid. It is true that the law stipulates that a write-in vote placed in the wrong place on the ballot is acceptable, but obviously napkins are not ballots. Only ballots are ballots. But apparently the whole law doesn't matter in Washington! Only the parts they like matter...

You're all worried about fraud and less worried about the reason Trump endorsed Ms Lake?

Let's review his reasoning for a moment, and what this is really all about.

Exhibit A in the Trump team’s plan to install friendly governors in states to potentially overturn votes in his favor in 2024.

This people, this is the big huge thing in the background of all this, while they have you all riled up worrying about election security and fraudits, they are doing this in the background... Kari Lake is very much part of this game too..so is Ms Rogers, et al.

This is why I say take the blinders off and actually reason it out, there's no reason to claim fraud, unless you're trying to change things to benefit you the next time around, otherwise it makes little to no sense to scream it and get everyone all pitchforks and torches mad about it. But what the hell do I know, obviously in your eyes nothing, and in others I'm just some dumb lib girl that has drunk the Kool aid.

I know a lot more than you do about this whole mess, and just because I refuse to get involved with either side in it, doesn't mean that I won't keep trying to get you all to wake the heck up and see what's REALLY happening.

And what do you think Trump's plans are once he gets there?

Try and understand, you're talking about a guy who's already rich. What's left to want after you're rich? Maybe you might want a country to live in, where people have rights, and the current leader can't just send Gestapo to your home and steal all of your possessions for himself. Or jail political enemies. (Like they tried so hard to impeach their political enemy....)

Worded as the media lies we have been seeing since the election. "Overturn the election" That's a fraud right there.

Disallowing the fraudulent votes is what this is about in Trump's arena, but lying leftists ignore the facts and establish lies that no one believes. Just keep on pretending like they do.

You're missing my whole point.

This is not about fraudulent votes, never really was. I have yet to hear anyone in the MSM state that there is something more going on here, other then the various sides pointing fingers at each other, but after watching it all, and putting it all together, it's amazing.

1) Cry fraud, your base will energize and start to rally and yell
2) have a Fraudit , claim it uncovered proof, but never actually show any of that proof, just figures, nothing concrete, I can make up figures.
3) claim you have the real proof, have a rally and then say the proof was hacked, again no real proof.
4) yell louder about fraud, get others riled up and on the bandwagon.
5) make sure people sympathetic to you are "elected" in to office
6) If you lose again, SCREAM FRAUD and those people you "got elected" will do everything you want.

It's classic, it's just so simple and classic it's amazing you all don't see it.

(and don't think I noticed you called me a liberal, I did notice it and I am ignoring it)

How well do you think that plan would ever work?

Getting governors in place while your opposition isn't looking for that makes a lot of sense, though. As a long term political strategy to prevent a constitution rewrite.

But would never end up with Trump being able to "proclaim himself the Fuhrer" like NBC, CNN,,.. etc are screaming about. That's just not a forseeable outcome.

It would also help if they were constructed so you can only feed in one ballot at a time. That way someone can't dump 10k ballots in one box when it comes "witching hour".

Excellent point!

It just occurred to me it probably won't work. Because the person stuffing in the ballots could just get a key and open the the back of the box and throw them in.

So maybe the election office's access point should have a seal on it, to prove whether it has previously been opened or not? (Assuming the person opening it couldn't just have one of those seals with them, and re seal it...)

I feel like we're talking about trying to build a squirrel proof bird feeder.

You're not wrong, but that's just keeping it all in the proper perspective. We are humans and therefore fallible... also corruptible. We cannot create an absolute perfect system... and there will always be corrupt people looking for ways to cheat the system. All we can do is make it as difficult as possible to cheat. And as transparent as possible to find cheating. And as easy as possible to prosecute and penalize when we do find it!!!

The citizens in PA should DEMAND to have a vote this winter. They can vote to leave the election system as it was in Nov 2020, or the effect changes before Nov 2022. Whatever the citizens want, they get. Implement changes that are most significant first, so would-be cheaters can't whine, "There's not enough time!".

I agree.

But then I think we also agree that's what every state and county should be doing. Fixing the problems as they find them and know them should be everyone's first and primary priority.

BEFORE any more elections take place!

But there has to be a ranking system. Prioritize what's most conducive to fraud and fix that first. Otherwise, you'll get 6 months consumed by requisition of new ballot counting equipment, while ballot accuracy verification measures go unaddressed. GIGO continues. Governments are not known for efficient multi-tasking. First thing you know, it's Sept 2022. Too late for the ballot accuracy/legitimacy changes.

Especially so with political circles issuing an increasing number of dire warnings about Democrat losses in November 2022.

They will pull out all the stops to supercharge their election cheating actions, and put them in place even earlier than is done for "normal" cheating.

Regarding WISCONSIN - The Wisconsin Election Commission has been identified as the source for a good number of election and ballot "issues" in Nov 2020.

ACTION is being taken against them: www.wispolitics.com...

Yes, we're seeing this already. We also need to watch out for the uniparty candidates with an "R" next to their name running where the Dem seat is in trouble. Georgia especially where they have been grooming Dem candidates to run as Republicans, win the election on a Republican platform, and then vote with the Dems.

I'm sitting here just SMDH at myself... I wanted to see if I could find more information on a couple of the new stories I have to post, and I've followed so many tangents and gone down so many rabbit holes in the process and still found what I was looking for! So enough of that. I need to get what I have posted, and get out and work in the yard. I'm in the process of re-landscaping the front yard, after taking out the palm trees in early summer, and I've got to get the hardscape done and get my plants planted before the weather turns! So not much commenting or excerpting...

From Arizona --

AUDIO: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s Election Integrity Investigators Interrogate Former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes

The investigator asking questions comes across as a complete idiot... and Fontes seems to think so as well. Was that the investigator's intention all along? Because it's difficult to believe that the investigator can actually be as ignorant and uninformed as he claims. Or did the AG actually give the job to the biggest fool he could find to make sure nothing comes of the investigation?
-----------------------------------------------

From Georgia --

GA Governor Brian Kemp Wants To Get Re-Elected, Finally Gets Election Fraud Religion
Governor Kemp has sent a letter to the State Election Board (letter at the link) asking them to investigate "inconsistencies" found in a Risk Limiting Audit, investigated and confirmed by Kemp's office.

The 36 inconsistencies noted by Mr. Rossi are factual in nature, pose no underlying theories outside of the reported data, and could not be explained by my office after a thorough review detailed below. The purpose of this letter is to convey these inconsistencies to the Board and request them to be explained or corrected.

The Governor specifically requests:

  • The 36 inconsistencies noted by Mr. Rossi are factual in nature, pose no underlying theories outside of the reported data, and could not be explained by my office after a thorough review detailed below. The purpose of this letter is to convey these inconsistencies to the Board and request them to be explained or corrected.
  • Determine whether any changes should be made to the RLA Report. If so, the Board should determine whether such changes adversely impact the integrity of the RLA Report as originally reported.
  • Review the audit methodology used in counties across Georgia and create a prescriptive and uniform set of rules that ensure one process is followed by all counties that result in a clear presentation of data.

I suspect this is just damage control by the Governor so he can claim he did something about the election fraud in his upcoming re-election campaign...
-------------------------------------------------

From Colorado --

This seems to be related to the raid on the home of the Mesa County Clerk, Tina Peters, who brought someone in to copy the election data on the county servers before that data was erased/corrupted by an "update" by the state SoS office. I've looked for more, but I cannot find anything:

America’s First Mom Raided By FBI Since October 4th DOJ Memorandum? She Fought Against Voter Fraud, Critical Race Theory and Forced Masking in Schools

She said the agents would not tell her why they were searching her home. They did leave behind documents related to the search warrant, saying they entered her home because she was suspected of causing "intentional damage to a protected computer, wire fraud and conspiracy to cause damage to a protected computer."

"I don't know anything about this. They couldn't explain any of this," she said. "I will tell you why: they were at my home to intimidate me, to shut me up, because I was using my First Amendment rights to advocate for [Mesa County Clerk] Tina Peters on the issue of Dominion [voting machines] and the damage done in our election. And they'll never be held accountable. Instead they will criminalize this woman who has stood up."

So she definitely supports Tina Peters in spirit... but did she also support her in deed? Was she one of those brought in to copy the data off the county servers? Or does she perhaps have a copy of that data? Maybe for "safekeeping" in case other copies were confiscated by authorities?

‘It’s a Felony:’ A New Lawsuit, with Video Evidence, Alleges Delaware County, Pennsylvania Election Officials Destroyed Voting Records

A lawsuit alleging multiple violations of federal and state election laws, as well as Pennsylvania’s “Right to Know” statute, was filed in Delaware County Court of Pennsylvania Wednesday night, according to sources familiar with the litigation.

The suit (case number: 187701637235922978) was brought by plaintiffs Gregory Stenstrom, Leah Hoopes and Ruth Morin. Stenstrom, a 2020 Republican poll watcher, has been outspoken in recent months regarding alleged irregularities in ballot canvassing in Delaware County

In early 2021, a whistleblower working for the Delaware County Bureau of Elections began inquiring why it was apparent to her that multiple documents pertaining to the Nov. 3, 2020 elections were being destroyed in the southeastern Pennsylvania county, the sources said. The name of the whistleblower has not yet been made public.

In May, a third-party attorney filed a request via Pennsylvania’s public-transparency law, asking for election data and records for last November’s elections. In particular, the request asked for return sheets, the official documents on which election results are recorded, as well as voting-machine tapes showing the in-person vote totals for each precinct.

According to the videos and the sources regarding the lawsuit, many such records were actually destroyed because Delaware County officials violated numerous election laws and needed to hide evidence of their violations. The alleged destruction of records was, the sources say, done to ensure that the records eventually provided actually matched the election results that were reported in Nov. 2020.

So, if I'm understanding this correctly, the whistleblower noted nefarious acts, "Right to Know" requests were made, the whistleblower watched and waited for the election officials' response, and then videotaped as they destroyed election materials and attempted to manufacture docs and records to cover their asses.

Rather brilliant! Also quite bold!!!
