100% yes. I have great family, friends and career.

People not satisfied with their lives need to stop bitching and change what they are dissatisfied with.

Either a severe HCL deficiency (possible), or something else you're eating with it.

Ever tried a short 2 or 3 day fast, then eating ONLY red meat?

Your comment makes it clear you know nothing about the purpose and incredible results that occasional fasting can provide, which fits in with your apparent dietary ignorance as well.

I suggest you consider opening up your mind.

I go for days on end without eating. Never felt better.

I suggest you climb off that horse and realise that everyone has their own opinions on how to live. Also, i think i know my body better than you.

For a 40 year old man i'm in excellent physical shape. When i was boxing i would train an average of 4 hours a day.

Tell me, what's my diet?

I'd rather be ignorant over arrogant.

If i already feel good and have no health issues why would i change what's worked for me for the last 30 years?

Do you work a physical job and run for 2 hours every morning? I'd love to know where i'm supposed to get energy from if not food.

Absorb vital nutrients through the ether.

Have you tried fasting for 2-3 weeks? You won't crave food, or anything else, at that point.

Think i'll stick with a healthy diet consisting of mostly oats, fruit, veg, pasta and rice with the odd red meat or fish treat and a takeaway on a Friday night. I don't workout or run at weekends either, few beers and a spicy curry on a Friday night is what keeps me in balance. Saturday i don't eat much and Sunday is roast dinner day.

When you speak from a place of authority about nutrition while advising fasting for 2 or 3 days followed by nothing but red meat i tend to stop listening.

People should eat what works for them. The only things i won't eat are heavily processed foods. I watch my sugar and salt intake pretty closely as well.

Life's to short to lead a healthy lifestyle. Here's somemore unwanted advice....and feel free to ignore it, but...

Indulge your self on cheap liquor, drugs, and snacks like chichirones or funions from the 7/11...it's always worked for me.

Fireball whisky, anything 420, wash it all down with a couple of slimjims and you're good to go...

I've been down the narcotics route, don't touch anything now other than alcohol and even then i can't remember the last time i was properly drunk, probably my Grandads funeral around a year ago. I will smoke weed on very rare occasions if someone offers me a few drags but generally it spins me out these days, just don't have any tolerance for it anymore. I have no problem with what people choose to put into their bodies, only when they try to influence what i put into mine.

Oh, and coke, i have no time for someone talking my ears into oblivion while on that crap. Tried it before, just makes me anxious.

I suggest you climb off that horse and realise that everyone has their own opinions on how to live.

Facts don't care about your opinions, or your feelz.

Also, i think i know my body better than you.

You know your own personal circumstances, yes... but human anatomy is human anatomy. With the exception of major genetic defects/anomalies, we are all essentially the same, and with the understanding of epigenetics, you realize that even your current genetic expression doesn't have to get the last word.

For a 40 year old man i'm in excellent physical shape. When i was boxing i would train an average of 4 hours a day.

Fitness has not so much to do with actual health... a difficult concept for some, but there it is.

Tell me, what's my diet?

Impaired, since you have said you cannot eat much meat without having gastric distress.

I'd rather be ignorant over arrogant.

Not me... obviously...

If i already feel good and have no health issues why would i change what's worked for me for the last 30 years?

Lack of symptoms does not equate to health. Again, a difficult concept for some to grasp.

And yes, I'm being snarky...

Not half. I said too much meat, I didn’t specify any amounts.

Carry on diagnosing people based on one sentence and arrogantly suggesting you somehow know more about my nutritional needs than what I do.

What a load of nonsense.

Well, there's your problem... thinking those are healthy foods, when they are the exact opposite.

As I have said many times...

"It ain't what you know that gets ya in the end, it's what ya think ya know that just ain't so."

But carry on eating toxic plant foods loaded with anti-nutrients, ignoring the food meant for man.
