Not really all that dangerous. IV it's unproblematic up to very large amounts that won't fit into any syringes I know, UNLESS you have an open Foramen Ovale (~1 out of 3 people) which the president would most definitely know. IM I'm not so sure, but I don't see an issue there aside from the pressure put on the tissue and the risk of infection if the air isn't sterile.

It makes no sense for somebody who believes that the shot is good to get a fake one, and it makes even less sense for somebody to inject him with an empty syringe.

As an example of how dumb this all is, surely if they were going to give him a fake shot wouldn't they just give him a real shot of something else, like a regular flu shot. Why go to all the effort of faking the actual shot itself?

Unless of course they're suggesting that Biden is actually invulnerable to shots, like maybe he's actually a super hero and a normal shot wouldn't penetrate his skin?
