If this was true, then why are the uber rich and power elites buying up land that's on the waterfront?

What's this story really about? In my opinion, something big is about to break with Russia and Antartica (anyone know what Russia had taken there is the last few weeks, seems it was very important). Whatever it is, it would seem that the cover story of "Climate Change" is going to be the "GO-TO" phrase for everything connected to it.
