I would submit viability is defined by the scientists and medical professionals who demonstrate what it is.
I submit that you're just pulling # out of your #.

I used to think Texas was the best American state.
Cowboys, country music, guns, pick up trucks...A place where men can be men and women like them that way...
Now though?
Nah, it's a mess.
Government peeking into bedroom windows wanting a say in what people do.
Nosy grassing pillocks trying to snitch on people for looking after their own bodies.
Texas is a mess, too much government, too many snitches, too much bible bashing.
It is a joke of a place and somewhere I would never now wish to travel to and spend money.
Excellent
The master plan is working
Keep your friends away too!
TIA
I always knew that I wanted to do more to protect unborn babies. And now, thanks to the new law in Texas, there is a way I can.
...
Right there in our apartment parking lot I saw two women talking and one had her hand on her belly. I overheard the other one say, “I know a doctor who can help.” They must have been planning an abortion!
...
So I started looking in the dumpsters for the evidence. Sure enough, a week later, there it was, a bag of bloody maxi pads!
...
I decided to go straight to the experts and get help from Texas Right to Life.
I packed up the incriminating evidence, and sent it to them, along with a description of what I had overheard.
I am sure Texas Right to Life will appreciate my vigilance.

Unlike texans, I'm quite happy for my friends to make their own minds up about stuff, I don't feel the need to force them to act how I want.

It is fascinating that, much like the other thread on this topic, this thread only has a handful of flags despite ATS primarily having a Conservative userbase. It seems to me that this law isn't even popular among the Right, despite the claims of a vocal minority.

you have to realize people who think like Sookiechacha are all for "science" , freedom of speech, public good, and ideas like "my body my choice" until it counters their agenda..
then they are against it.
aka hypocrites
