Abortion is the deliberate killing of an innocent human being.

Then sterilize the human population and mandate state licensing for all families attempting to procreate. If the government is allowed to make laws regarding the adult female body without consent of the governed, the same applies to adult males.

If it was really considered "murder" the state would be enforcing the law and prosecuting violators, instead of enticing citizens to civilly sue, with a $10,000 prize if they can successfully prove someone gave aid to a woman seeking an abortion.

The people against abortion consider it murder. Those ar ethe people you are online arguing with.

It is six weeks from her last period. She has around two weeks to realized that she is late because she is pregnant and get the problem taken care of.

And, the majority, vast majority of abortions aren't costing the taxpayers anything.

So the government doesn't fund Planned Parenthood and others that provide abortions using taxpayer dollars? Is that correct? If so, why were they all up in arms about Trump defunding Planned Parenthood? Do you think we forget these things? The government uses "some" taxpayer dollars to fund abortions, I am not sure of the exact level, but it is definitely above 10-15%.

So if an abortion costs $5,000, the taxpayer portion is what $500-$750? The cost of the pill and the test is $50 and the person that is pregnant pays the bill, not the taxpayer. But even if the taxpayer were to pay for the test and the pill, it's one helluva lot better than paying some twat at PP to overcharge everybody. Plus there's that "baby parts" selling business that can be gotten rid of as well....

Texas is going in the right direction. Allow abortions if you're responsible, not if your irresponsible and stupid about it.

Cheers - Dave

Isnt there something in quantum physics that basically says it doesn't exist till a human becomes aware of it.
Maybe there is no fertilized egg or fetus till someone is able to be aware of it's presence?
The newest in science can really screw up the argument?

Yay, let’s force more deadbeat moms to have unwanted kids, sounds like a great plan.

How about this....you get 1 freebie. Feel better? After that you are charged with murder. If you don't learn the first time then you deserve a death sentence just like the baby you killed.

1 stone.....2 birds!

Maybe make better decisions. I wanted my kiddos and love them.

The government provides funds to parents for childcare. There are many childcare centers that are run by the churches and those parents can choose those childcare centers and still have the govt paying for their childcare.. money paid directly to the childcare center.. so, is govt money going to the church so they can build a new church, or send missionaries around the world?

But, they're okay with "murder" before a heart beat can be detected. Or, is this 6 week line supposed to be some kind of temporary gracious compromise?

How about this..

Any rapist or child .molester who cause a pregnancy that results in a death that could have been avoided but was prevented by this stupid law is charged with homicide along with any wannabe bounty hunters that harassed the pregnant women or child, her family, and and anyone else close to her, long with the state govt that empowered the bounity hunters.

Medicare/Medicaid don't pay for on demand abortions. Planned Parenthood isn't the only medical outlet that accepts Medicare/Medicaid and also does early on demand abortions. Many OB?GYNs, who accept Medicare/Medicaid can/will prescribe medical abortions for their clients, regardless of alternative their payment methods.

We would be a lot better off economically and as a society if we just euthanized any prisoner with a life sentence. You cool with that? I mean they aren't getting out, they aren't contributing to society at all. Why do we keep them alive? At least a baby has a possibility of being a good person. We can unequivocally say that the majority of life term prisoners are not good people.

But wait....that would require logic!

Some real twisted logic.

And, by the way, I'm not opposed to the death penalty. Nor am I apposed to killings that arise out of self defense, or "The Castle Doctrine".

Only if the right is cool with making rape and child molestation worthy of a life sentence instead of exalting them to the positions of president, congressman, or supreme court justice!

I couldn't care less if rapists and child molesters got a death sentence right away.

No idea about your bounty hunter comment.

The problem with your line of argument is you are talking about the MINORITY of abortions here. The law can be changed to say just that.....rapists, incest, etc....I agree the woman should have a choice in these types of cases.

If you're just getting pregnant whenever, knowing you can get rid of it whenever then that is a completely different story. That is someone that has no care for life in general.

Yes, a small minority..
So what was the harm in adding and exception for them?
They didn't.. they must like the idea of 12 year old little girls being forced into motherhood!

Twisted how? I am taking an unknown with a possibility of being a good person and putting them up against a known with no possibility.

Which would you pick to die, a unborn baby or a life-sentenced prisoner. I think I already know your answer.

Not my legislation, but I have never seen either side put forth anything of the sort. Blame them both. It is either all or none with both sides. Are you ok with those outside of these circumstances having abortions? Are you ok with 40+% of those that have had abortions having more than one?

We were married for 10 years

She wasn't a deadbeat until she became a liberal and married a Muslim.

She now gets beat every day, as does her oldest son...she has 3 kids with him. Oldest is 5.

Definitely a good choice because I have great kids and they are with me all the time. Raising them to think and make responsible decisions.

Because they are an endangered species in some places.

Can you claim the same with Humans anywhere on Earth?

People apparently taste like pork, but we choose not to eat them.
