What the HELL is wrong with store employees these days?! Whatever happened to customer service?! You can’t find someone to help you, and when ya DO, they don’t know their azz from a hole in the ground. And when you start getting upset because they keep giving you the runaround—God forbid, they use a third party to install something—they try to fob it off as ‘the other guy doesn’t know what he’s doing’! MORE RUNAROUND! So now I’ve got to deal with TWO F’n morons from TWO different companies to do something that could be done in an hour or less…but takes two weeks instead! Aaaaaaaaaaaghhh!
