We may need to reinvent the written word as in real books with print that cannot be censored. That brings up Fahrenheit 451 but we can hide them and some of us memorize an entire book.

Chink, chink.
During metabolism in the body, aspartame is broken down in phenylalanine (50%), aspartic acid (40%) and methanol (10%)
Methanol is also a problem, as it causes CNS depression, vision disorders, and other symptoms. Chronic exposure (such as individuals who chug down diet sodas everyday) can lead to metabolic acidosis, and eventually coma.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's secretary has been slammed as a 'ruthless, heartless, evil human being' by former colleagues.
Melissa DeRosa is the only person with more enemies than her boss in Albany, according to a former employee.
She 'doesn't have time for niceties' and 'will rip your heart out in order to get what she wants', a former Executive Chamber insider told the New York Post.
The secretary, 38, was also 'the worst person I have ever worked for in my entire professional career', the source added.
DeRosa has worked for Cuomo since 2013 and became a familiar face during the pandemic as she sat almost daily at his side. She played a key role in trying to limit the damage after allegations of sexual assault surfaced in the Spring.
“He starts tweeting that we killed everyone in nursing homes,” DeRosa said. “He starts going after [New Jersey Gov. Phil] Murphy, starts going after [California Gov. Gavin] Newsom, starts going after [Michigan Gov.] Gretchen Whitmer.”
“And basically, we froze,” she told the lawmakers on the call.
The studies after intratracheal instillation also suggest that the level of graphene dispersion seems to affect its lung toxicity: highly dispersed graphene induced modest acute lung inflammation without fibrosis in male C57BL/6 mice (8–12 week-old) and its toxicity appeared to be lower than that of aggregated graphene, which lodged in the airways and induced local fibrosis.11
