Then show on the rate of infection graphs where mask mandates made a difference? Where mask mandates made a change in slope?

You realize there are 6 billion or so people on the planet. I cannot provide information to each one individually. But, one more time, I will do this with you.

Face masks are used in medical situations to prevent infection. During surgery, a person's internal organs can be exposed, which leaves the patient with absolutely no natural immunity response. Pathogens can directly enter internal organs, whereas when one's internals are not exposed, any pathogen must enter either through the digestive tract or the lungs. In both of those cases, the human body has built-in immunological defenses against pathogens.

For example, did you know that a person with a healthy (as in, no internal open wounds) can safely drink rattlesnake venom? The toxins cannot enter the body through digestion. Now, please, no one try this, because a tiny ulcer would be fatal... consider it more a bit of trivia than a challenge.

In contrast, an open wound in the skin can easily become infected and must be kept clean and sanitized to prevent that... just from exposure to the air! Our digestive tracts and lungs especially are filled with air and that causes no ill effects in them. But a small open wound is a much easier entry point for infection.

Before an operation, all equipment is disinfected. During surgery, all equipment used has been sterilized... and that is more than just wiping them down with a little alcohol. It involves baking them at temperatures that kill any potential pathogens as well. Every person in the room wears latex gloves as well, and these gloves are placed on their hands by nurses who know how to do so and avoid any contamination.

The masks are medical grade and are properly fitted to the wearer. Participants remove and dispose of them as medical waste as soon as they leave the operating room. Also, are you aware that the masks were not even a mandate in surgery until recently? Doctors used to operate without face masks. They are more an abundance of caution than a necessity.

Now, in contrast to that, what we have today is a cornucopia of face masks, many of simple cloth, almost none fitted to the wearer, discarded on the ground willy-nilly, some reused, many not medical grade, some simply made of loose cloth, and their use is mandated for extended periods. People don and remove their face masks themselves, often using hands which are far from sterile, and often people wear them so the nose is exposed. I have been admonished for not wearing a face mask by people who had their under their chin! This after I explained that my medical condition prevents me from wearing one... there are people who simply cannot wear them, you know. What, are they supposed to die so you can feel better?

On top of that, all the hysteria is in response to a virus that has over a 99% survival rate and about a 50% asymptomatic rate.

There is no comparison between the need for nor the use of face masks in a medical environment and in public.

Now, can we please, please, please get more than just one single person to read this?

Along with “surgical” masks. Using the term loosely. That are not made to protect and remind fitting during strenuous activity like stocking shelves, loading lumber, lifting up children. Actively that requires repositioning masks constantly, causing people to touch their faces and masks constantly. And if you cause a wet spot on your mask from strenuous activity, the mask becomes useless.

We seem well educated that as you yourself confirm, the cheap a$$ masks people were forced to wear don’t do $hit in real life day to day activities.

A well fitted mask doesn't need to be repositioned.

Thanks we knew that - but in public I'm a "pro" masker, acting dumb ....

2 weeks ago I was at the GPs surgery waiting in line standing to be served - this degenerate turns to me as she walks away from the line and points to a covid mask wearing sign shaking her finger. I pretended to look up from my phone and said "what?". Again she's frantically pointing to the sign.
I sneer at her " is it mandatory? "
She chokes, and puffs up. I turn my attention back to the receptionists who looks at me with an apologetic look in her eye and I smile and nod; maskless!

You can't help some of these people - they'll choke in their own masks!

By your description no. 3 are not wearing masks

My experience is bigger the place is stronger the mass manipulation is, same person would not wear mask if living in small country town but goes with the script when pressure is dense. It has not so much to do with intelligence but power to fight against the mass control.
