I'm in GA too, albeit the most liberal county in GA...some stores have removed it, but some still have them/require it. People pretty much still wear them everywhere. The only place that affects me is grocery shopping. Most stores here still are asking for people to wear them.

It kills me. My church is telling people if they are vaxxed, they don't have to wear one, but if not, they do. I guess they forgot that masks supposedly were to help you NOT give it, not protect against it. People are ignorant.

I still think it's funny how churches acknowledge the inability of prayer to save lives while simultaneously inviting people to have their lives saved through close quarters fellowship.

So I would say there are actually 3 groups here.

1. Anti mask: The person who screams Tyranny, you can put a mask on my cold dead face!!! Walks into a grocery store without one and eye ball dares the 80 year-old lady to say something.

2. WOKE mask: The person wearing one driving by themselves, sees someone jogging all alone and starts to scream Mask! Mask! Mask! and falls into a fetal position and will not have sex without one.

3. Don't really like the mask but wears it: The person who wears it when mandated by the place, has mask-less parties at their house, Will not wear it when not required, but understands there are some benefits to it in the right place, kids at school is not the right place.

I think 1 and 2 are about the same intelligence level...lol

The CDC says 85% of the people in the hospital for coronavirus, wore a mask, most or all of the time they were supposed to.

I live in GA too, soo far I never really wore a mask in places and I avoided those that try to force it, as up today the signs are still up but now while most places no longer ask, other just ask you if you want one.

But I guess this is in my area, I know Atlanta is a dictatorial city soo I will not be surprised if they try to push for them.

I remember Going to Colombus GA and entering the Best buy store, the young man at the entrance told me I needed to have a mask, I told him that mask were not mandatory requirement for the state any longer, he told me I will no get service, soo I told him back , "that will be called discrimination", he did not say anything else, interestingly I was not the only one without a mask in the store and people were getting service regardless.
