Having just about every vax known to man in my system (flying around the world for 28 years in the AF going to every Trump #hole on the planet) I will say this one has got to be the least ill effects one I have ever gotten.

I see the same level of hogwash logic with the vax as I do with GMO foods in it seems the big threat is that both will change you on some molecule level that we can't really see or evaluate, but it is bad....

For real. I am all for people making informed decisions about what to put or not into their own bodies, but people act like it is some badge of courage to take it. Putting selfies on their social media pages, using those weird little banners "I've been vaccinated!" under their Fakebook pictures. Like, really. Who GAF?

By the way- you don’t have to listen to randos on the internet to tell you these experimental gene therapies may end up being extremely dangerous. There are plenty of top virologists, immunologists, doctors and disease specialists who have researched these things and believe they are going to give people auto-immune diseases for life. Plenty of extremely credible experts and specialists are putting the word out- no need to rely on Youtube. 👍🏻

The CBC is government propaganda. It's state run media that parrots the federal government's agenda. It literally is.

Most Canadian news media is atrocious, makes CNN look good sometimes. Plus, journalism is regulated heavily by government in general. That court case in BC with the dad and his son wanting to go through hormone therapy, journalists were barred from even reporting on it or interviewing the dad.

Me, wife and family had Pfizer in Jan...and expect to have to have yearly "boosters".

In this case, its like (for once!)....really like the flu. Little bit. little more...not too long before youve built up immunity. Even a little.

The problem is that the vax and this above are not really connected or based on the same objective. The vax is to take the virus out of the "nuevo" stage and make it one the body recognizes so symptoms are greatly reduce. The key is not to really prevent it, but to keep people from having extreme reactions.

What you listed above only has to do with infection/death rates and not much more. This doesn't mean I agree with it, but that is why places are jumping back and forth between Phases 2 and 3.

What i DON"T like is the anti anything crowd totally missing any nuanced conversation in their world of polar extremes.

The biggest problem I have is it makes sense for anyone over the age of 40 and/or has preexisting conditions to get. That would eliminate any issues with reproduction worries etc. Same with isolation in we should have isolated the crap out of the high risk groups and let everyone else go on with their work/life etc. to get to herd immunity quicker. Once again, if you isolate the 65+ it is not really a work related issue and our economy wouldn't have been hit so hard.
