"Energy Emergency" - Texas Power Provider Warns Of Rotating Outages As Cold Weather Tests Limits Of Grid

Texas power grid operator ERCOT, has issued a statement warning of an "energy emergency" and threatening "rotating outages" just when residents need the power to heat their homes the most:

The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) is asking consumers and businesses to reduce their electricity use as much as possible Sunday, Feb. 14 through Tuesday, Feb. 16.

"We are experiencing record-breaking electric demand due to the extreme cold temperatures that have gripped Texas," said ERCOT President and CEO Bill Magness.

"At the same time, we are dealing with higher-than-normal generation outages due to frozen wind turbines and limited natural gas supplies available to generating units. We are asking Texans to take some simple, safe steps to lower their energy use during this time."

If the trial keeps going, Trump's team intends to turn the trial back on the real conspirators. This is why he is threatening Harris and Pelosi with depositions. He intends to prove that they are the ones behind the capitol riot.

The other side knows this too, so I suspect they will either try and crawfish out of the deal all together or they will move to limit the number of witnesses allowed. Trying to limit the witnesses would be a pretty bold move considering the military is right there overseeing the entire thing. So people have argued to me all he isn’t president anymore and this is why the Chief Justice is not there. But the left uses the same argument as to how they can impeach the president which is confusing to me. The dems say they can convict the President because he was impeached while he was still President.

So you are saying that yes he was President when we impeached him and this is why we can still have a trial but really no he is not President so that’s why the Chief Justice doesn’t have to be there. I don’t get it. In one instance you are ok with The President being the President but in another you are saying we do X because he isn’t PRESIDENT.

It doesn’t matter if he was the President or the former President the constitution is pretty clear about the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS being present and presiding.
In conclusion this was an unconstitutional impeachment due to violation of Article 1 Section 3 of the constitution
