Michigan Republican Party and Allegan County clerk Robert Genetski filed the lawsuit on Nov. 2, 2020, against Benson and Jonathan Brater, director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections. The plaintiffs claimed that the guidance Benson issued last October violated the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) and should be nullified. They also asked the court to declare that they have the right to request an audit of their choosing, saying the state-wide audit in November did not review whether signatures were properly evaluated.

At least its a step forward. Not sure if they will actually go back and check all sigs now or not though. It does show it was all unlawfully handled at least. More proof POTUS was right about all the illegal voting law changes made right be the elections.

If the media focuses on Cuomo’s nursing home disaster in New York, people might start asking questions about Phil Murphy in New Jersey, Tom Wolf in Pennsylvania, Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan, even Gavin Newsom in California. 

According to New Jersey’s Department of Health, nearly 8,000 long-term care residents died from the disease. In Michigan, it was more than 5,500. In Pennsylvania, it was more than 12,000. Newsom in California also has a nursing home problem.

But there’s another problem for Democrat governors regarding the nursing home scandal: what if there were financial incentives that led to this? Gavin Newsom paid nursing homes up to $1,000 per day to take in COVID-19 patients. People might start asking if the financial dealings went both ways: pay us a lot of money to take these patients and we’ll reward you with campaign contributions.

Well, it looks like New York may not be alone. The same thing might have happened next door in Pennsylvania, and perhaps worse. Pennsylvania has over 70,000 cases of COVID-19, with roughly 5,400 deaths. Of these fatalities, a staggering 70 percent (my last count) are in nursing homes. In some counties, the percentages are even higher.

On March 18, Pennsylvania Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine directed licensed long-term care facilities to continue admitting new patients, including those discharged from hospitals but unable to go home, and to readmit current patients after hospital stays.

“This may include stable patients who have had the COVID-19 virus,” according to a copy of the guidelines.

In my opinion, the videos are indeed doctored. They composited the microphones into the video very badly.

Why?

They have to keep up the illusion that Biden talks to the press and unscripted. They are trying to prevent more embarrassing gaffes, so they can't have him talk to real press. This video was likely put out by Biden's staff. Those "reporters" were likely just other staff members asking Biden a prepared question.

They doctored the video to add more microphones to create the illusion that there were multiple media outlets present to ask him questions. Yet all major media outlets used the same video, C-SPAN, NBC, TheHill, etc. so you'd think they would have their own cameras too, not just microphones.

This Ghost_Ezra video post, on telegram, is of Joe Biden doing a video call with the Irish Taoiseach.

At -1.11 Biden say the White House is going to be lit up in GREEN tonight.
