I have to ask.
How many times must votes be certified?
Trumpsters refused to accept our democratic process and certified election.
So, Yes — Canuck is right.
That's not the question.
Should those votes have been certified is the question.
Who is saying they shouldn’t have and for what reason?
If Trump had won AZ would we be having this audit?
You know damn well we wouldn’t.

So much for innocent until proven guilty.
Believe it or not, nothing would make me happier than this all to be some kind of misunderstanding.
Sadly it does not apper that way.
Sunshine helps the innocent too!
You and me both.
I am so over all the drama — which is mostly manufactured.

How many times does it have to be said that the audit is the will of the people of the State of Arizona for you to get it? I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned several times in the 60 some odd pages of this thread in one way or another.
You probably don’t want to know what they say.

Unless we get some status updates from the Leader(s) of the Audit team over the next 40 days, this thread will run out of gas. That would be a shame.
In a way, I wish the thread would run out of steam if it's because all these loose threads and dangling bits were all worked out... somehow I don't think it's going to happen. I think there have been enough shenanigans and will continue to be enough shenanigans, to keep the thread going. And the moral outrage. Apparently on both sides.
There are those who don't care about the shenanigans, who either don't think it's true or don't think it's important enough, to see this through, and are outraged that anyone would want confirmation and verification that our elections were fair and honest.
The Board of Supervisors state in their meeting summary that they sought legal advice regarding the Arizona Senate hearing requested next week on Tuesday.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, who have been stalling, blocking, refusing requests from the Senate and audit team for months accused Senator Fann of “reckless allegations” that are causing “confusion and agitation” at the State Legislature.
Chairman Sellers added that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors may seek legal advice.
They need to. If they deleted databases or Dominion deleted databases on the voting machines after a subpoena and just days before the machines were turned over — They will all need to seek legal advice.
Well we still don’t have the chain of custody documents that the county must have kept between when the ballots were put in the warehouse after the November election to when they were delivered to us on April 22nd. We know that one of the county officials tweeted out a photo of some of the ballot pallets being loaded into the back of a truck as though they were ready to deliver them to the Senate. And so we would like to see if their chain of custody documents between November and April include movement of the ballots like that. We have complete chain of custody from the day that they brought the ballots to us, while we’ve been holding the ballots. But we’re still looking for the chain of custody documentation between the election and April.
Jordan Conradson: Arizona Senate Leader Karen Fann sent out a devastating letter to (Maricopa County Supervisors) Chairman Jack Sellers outlining some serious issues which include the deletion of the entire database for the 2020 general election.
Ken Bennett: No, not the entire database. There was a directory among the information that they had sent over to the Senate that appears to have been deleted. And the reason they knew that is that there were references to that directory in some of the other databases that were sent. So it’s not the entire database, no don’t misunderstand that…

Dominion, Maricopa County Rebuff Arizona Senate’s Attempt to Get Election Machine Passwords
The Board of Supervisors, which held a closed-door emergency meeting on Friday, plans on holding a public meeting on Monday to address the matter.
Cooper said, “What’s Orwellian about this, Kevin McCarthy is saying that no one is contesting the legitimacy of the last election, which is exactly what they’re doing.”
Abrams said, “Not only is there a hypocrisy, but it’s gaslighting. They are saying aloud that there’s nothing wrong, and at the exact same time, they’re pushing forward legislation to fix something they say is broken. Either they’re lying then, or they’re lying now. And the reality is the lie that continues to weave its way through our democracy is one that turns this issue of partisanship, this naked partisan grab.”

Today, the Arizona audit has reached a critical point. They are now recounting the duplicate ballots, as reported by OAN news. There could be as many as 213,000 ballots, or “roughly 12 percent of the entire vote that was duplicated or adjudicated by someone other than the voter—the highest percentage of adjudicated ballots in the history of Maricopa County.” The county had expected closer to 6 percent adjudication. Importantly, the auditors do not yet know whether “the duplicate ballots were properly stored together with the original ballot cast by the voter.”
Dominion responded to the request for passwords by saying that Cyber Ninjas is “unaccredited” and has “already demonstrated bias and incompetence.”

Dominion trying to smear the auditors as if they have some say in the manner the state chose to audit.
the emergency was due to the need to get legal advice regarding the Senate seeking a hearing and press event on Tuesday, May 18th to discuss the unfounded allegations against the County. These allegations were brought by the inexperienced technology personnel with who the Senate has contracted to the review the election. These reckless allegations have and are causing confusion and agitation at the State Legislature
