So much for innocent until proven guilty.

Believe it or not, nothing would make me happier than this all to be some kind of misunderstanding.
Sadly it does not apper that way.

Sunshine helps the innocent too!

You and me both.

I am so over all the drama — which is mostly manufactured.

No one's been arrested... no one's been denied a fair trial... no one's been sentenced.

But we do know laws have been violated. We know that Fontes as County Recorder denied voters their lawful right to a new ballot if they made a mistake... We know that Fontes defied a Supreme Court order to cease... We know that the Supervisors are violating a court order to turn over lawfully subpoenae'd routers... We know that election databases have been deleted/erased while under subpoena and under law must be maintained for at least two years... We know that digital devices which were updated nightly with election results were removed from the election center by unknown persons to unknown locations in violation of law... we know that the County unlawfully relinquished control and authority over our elections to an outside party... We know that outside party now defies a court order and the Constitutional authority of the State Senate in refusing to provide necessary and appropriate passwords...

At this point, it's more like so much for no one's above the law.

Dominion has released a statement refusing to provide the passwords. They state it's because the auditors are not EAC certified.

Brahm Resnik (NBC) Twitter

We should not be in this position. Dominion should not be in a position to do this.

LOL....the responses in that thread are hilarious. Folks saying Dominion should not have to release them and blah blah blah.....these are the same folks that were ok with private company Crowdstrike handling Hillarys emails versus the FBI.

Clown world!
That's cute, Dominin believes they have power 🤭

Dominion has too much exposure and the Country is burning, of course the Midterms will be a Dem slaughter, only than can we fully distance from thar company.

I’ll wait for the facts and official statement.

I’m really beyond hearing about Fontes repeatedly.

Let me know when they lock him up.

*No company should be compelled..."

Dominion doesn't have a choice to be honest.

The leftist on Twitter are cheering it because they know once it's fraud and they'll do anything to cheerlead any obstruction. Exlected of course, those deluded Americans are morons and deserve no pity.

We're an extremely divided Nation and I'll fight for MY SIDE, against all enemies DOMESTIC.

Well... I've got some bad news for you then... he is part and parcel of this whole mess, his actions had repercussions that are still being dealt with. It is what it is.

And I'm pretty sure I will have reason to say it again. I'll apologize in advance: I'm sorry that it is what it is.

How many over-votes do you think were affected?

Can you find any data in that?

As I recall, of approximately 2.1 million votes in Maricopa County, there were about 12% -- over 200,000 -- adjudicated ballots, a little more than double what was expected.

Biden's margin was about 10,500 in the state.

If 5,250 -- less than 3% -- of those ballots were Trump votes wrongly attributed to Biden, they tied.

So if 6,000 -- still less than 3% -- of those ballots were wrongly attributed to Biden, then Trump won.

Is that a guess?

Is that from a Right Wing site?

Do you have any factual info?

How many times does it have to be said that the audit is the will of the people of the State of Arizona for you to get it? I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned several times in the 60 some odd pages of this thread in one way or another.

Really?

I’m a people of AZ. I know other people of AZ.

No one I know wills this audit.

You probably don’t want to know what they say.

Will emotions reach a point where protests erupt? That seems to be what people do now, when they have strong feelings about an issue.

So, because you live here as well, and talk to a few people that don't want the audit, that's the opinion of all of AZ? I work in Maricopa county, as a repair technician, which has me going to people's homes 5 days a week, for up to 10 hours a day. A vast majority of the people that I talk to want this audit. I would say it's roughly about 80-85% of the customers I talk to, face to face, on a daily basis. Believe it or not, that same opinion even comes from people who still have their Biden signs sitting sitting in their garages.

Basing your opinion on the opinions of a few people you talk to is not the same as what I'm seeing out there in Maricopa county. And that includes extremely liberal cities like Tempe.

Arizona Senate signs extension on Veterans Memorial Coliseum for ballot counting through June 30

The Arizona Senate on Wednesday extended its lease at the state fairgrounds through June 30, clearing the way for its ongoing recount of Maricopa County's general election ballots to drag well beyond its original schedule and into the summer.

Under an agreement with the Arizona Exposition and State Fair signed on Wednesday, the Senate's contractors can move the ballots of Maricopa County voters out of Veterans Memorial Coliseum and into the Wesley Bolin Building on the south end of the fairgrounds, west of the cattle barns.

June 30, huh? I guess we won't be seeing a final report by July 1 either.

I don't like this. I want reasons and answers.

Unless we get some status updates from the Leader(s) of the Audit team over the next 40 days, this thread will run out of gas. That would be a shame.

The majority of Biden voters were actually people who didn't like President Trump's personality.

Now that inflation is starting to heat-up, those people are not as Anti-Audit as you would think. A staggering 38% of Democrats feel the Democrat "machine" cheated Joe Biden into the White House.

"As I recall" is not a "guess."

No, I did not take the time and energy to find a source for my numbers... and apparently you don't have any source for any numbers.

You're welcome to do your own due diligence and prove me wrong of course!

Thanks for sharing this. My husband is out and about working at job sites, and he says about the same. I'd estimate it's about 75% of people I've talked to about it. And even those who don't think it's necessary don't think anyone should be fighting it so hard. Most say "Just do it" and get it over with even if they don't think it will change anything.

In fact, for many people I talk to, it's the outright hostility towards the audit -- and therefore the people -- that surprises most people. Especially from Hobbs. I guess cancel culture tyranny hasn't reached us yet. We still think the will of the people is more important than the will of the political critters. No "just shut up and eat your peas" here.

In a way, I wish the thread would run out of steam if it's because all these loose threads and dangling bits were all worked out... somehow I don't think it's going to happen. I think there have been enough shenanigans and will continue to be enough shenanigans, to keep the thread going. And the moral outrage. Apparently on both sides.

There are those who don't care about the shenanigans, who either don't think it's true or don't think it's important enough, to see this through, and are outraged that anyone would want confirmation and verification that our elections were fair and honest.
