Its the one shaped like the map on page 2 of this thread, I agree probably no one could find it, let alone a high resolution print online. Botticelli may have intended to leave a clue near the cliff as another poster mentioned in a different thread.
As for the original thematic source, that is probably from the Osiris myth.

You find it odd that dead people in the the various levels of hell leave behind some empty, broken sepulchres?

This has nothing to do with Egypt - it's based on The Inferno by Dante.
