What does not make sense is how we as a country can continue like this with each incoming president reversing the previous president. The country has no consistent direction. We are whip sawed first in one direction and then the other.

If Biden is under investigation and the military is in charge, he probably can't officially sign EO's, yet. I think he'll say he signed them and that they won't take effect for 30 days or something to delay publishing them and hide his position from public view.
