The problem with this, though, is Klobuchar immediately announced him as the president, not president-elect. So one way or another, they botched something up...

Was it "unconstitutional" for Klobutchar to call Biden "President" prior to the official start of his term at noon or 1201?

I doubt a I could make a legal case, but certainly an ethics one. It’s like when announcers say a team has won with 2 minutes to go. It’s *probably* going to be true, but it’s not official, yet. And deceptive to make the declaration before the term officially starts.
