Since when have politicians gave a damn what their constituents think?
They don't care because no one ever holds them accountable. So why should they. Which goes back to my point.
Perhaps its time to break the cycle and hold your OWN accountable versus pointing the finger to the other party or candidate you have 0 influence over.
Had the trump followers made a big ruckus about trump hiring within the swamp versus keeping quite about it or acting like it wasn't happening maybe he would have gotten the message?
However right now we aren't even sending a message to let them know we are not happy, we just act like its the OTHER guys fault.

For anyone who is wondering about Biden getting sworn in 11 minutes 'early', the 20th A. of the Const., Sec. 1 sets the time for the term to begin at noon. It says nothing about the time a President-elect must take the oath of office.
The problem with this, though, is Klobuchar immediately announced him as the president, not president-elect. So one way or another, they botched something up...

Was it "unconstitutional" for Klobutchar to call Biden "President" prior to the official start of his term at noon or 1201?

The No Religious Test Clause of the United States Constitution is a clause within Article VI, Clause 3: "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." It immediately follows a clause requiring all federal office holders to take an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution. This clause contains the only explicit reference to religion in the original seven articles of the U.S. Constitution.

So...did Biden rescind anything today like he said he was going to? The WH page is all 404'd on executive orders and statements. Anyone know if he did the 17 things he said he would?
If he didn't, the I really wonder what Trump left him in that letter in the desk.....
Biden told reporters in the Oval Office: “The president wrote a very generous letter. Because it was private, I will not talk about it until I talk to him.”
real people should not fill this in and expect good things - do not remove this or risk form bot signups

Something weird just happened on the live feed. Could be nothing, but I captured and uploaded it so you could see. Biden's car, escorted by USSS, suddenly not, and then escorted again. That shouldn't happen on a live feed.
