There is still not a single piece of evidence that shows lockdown are effective at this.

Look at Italy...massive lock down for a long time and they still get hit hard. I think much is transferred in the house, so cultures with a lot of people living together sees it spread the most no matter locked down or not. One can even say that lock downs with so many people crammed in together for long periods of time may actually be worst. Even looking at the CDC charts of indoor transmission rates it is all about time in the indoor space, so you pack people in a space for 24/7 and one person brings it in because at some point they need to get essentials and all get it where if everyone is backed in then you have a better chance to isolate the one.

There's plenty of evidence that they're effective at reducing transmission. There are less destructive methods which are more effective if applied earlier, as I've said.

I'd really like to hear how you think Westminster is somehow responsible for anything relating to Covid-19 in Scotland?

It really is time to stop blaming Westminster for anything and everything that happens in Scotland.

Scotland has no control over its borders. No control over its taxation or its economy. Nor does it have the power to Raise/print money (furlough), England decides on these matters. It was only when England decided it was to go into a second lockdown that they decided to extend the Furlough Scheme in Scotland. They denied Scotland any more financial help when we asked for it weeks beforehand.

Scotland should have the power to close it's Borders to all non-essential travel last March and kept them close and raise its own money. Like New Zealand has. As the Australians do. As other INDEPENDENT countries around the globe can do without the need to beg permission from an Imperial overlord.

Have you heard enough?

I'm back up mate, my two kids are asymptomatic, and the Mrs is in the toilet, in the bath, making a mess and calling for cheese and ham toasties when she gets out, so on the up and up.

From my own perspective its just like a bad head cold now with phlegm and popping ears.

They first two days all the same last week, oft, you feel like you have been kicked by a mule.

Should probobly add, none of us can taste anything, feels like your mouth is full of a layer of sour milk.

Pure bogging. LoL

Are you capable of having a discussion about anything without trying to turn it into a pro-Scottish independence debate?

There's a time and place for everything.

Scotland has considerable control over its own affairs, as has been quite clearly demonstrated during the pandemic.

Boris and his crew have been inconsistent, lacked any cohesion and joined up strategy and particularly inept in their handling of this outbreak and managing the response.
Fortunately you've had Wee Jimmy to steer you through.

I have absolutely no idea what printing money has to do with this?

An after thought:
Quite ironic that you complain about wanting to control your own borders when you support remaining in the EU!

Lol did you like walk past someone? I live near a big city and know maybe a handful who got it...like no one at my work of 1500 people, but my son at college had COVID parties in the 1000s to spread it quickly to get herd immunity.

The last time I went, it was after hours, and I was the only one in there(people with boxes get a key to get in). Time before that, only the post office workers was there, but that was I think way too long ago to have been the time I caught it. Only thing I can think of is someone at the sorting center had it and coughed on the mail lol.

Something not right with 70+ million retards that voted for Trump if we are honest.

Anyhoo get your head around the fact that Biden won and your racist lunatic is off to Florida if they will have him.

This is not the mud pit.

Are you drugged up or something, every post from you is oozing hate.

Spot on. Yes, he often does seem that way in his posts.

Born from too much time on Twitter no doubt emboldens them, and makes them even more opinionated.

Well, not really their own opinion. Just what MSM has told them to believe.

With regard to the Leftists in general, Donald Trump has been set up by the Leftist media as a scapegoat for them to rail at. Soy cowards. ALL of them.

That type never has any real decency. Self serving yes men.
And I have to live in amongst this type of low energy DRIVEL and Viciousness.

Neither do I, FB, insta, etc. All garbage.

Must just be your natural personality shining through. Haha.

Keep reading the Guardian and watching the TV though.

I actually thought you would have commented on the family here in Scotland who were viciously attacked by the police.?

Good luck and good wishes to you and yours with the CoV2

What's you bag there? LoL

Don't read the Guardian or watch much TV nether.

I like The Expanse if that helps. x

As to a family being viciously attacked by the police here in Scotland, that's hardly something out of the ordinary to be honest.

Good luck to you and yours also.

Maybe wanna calm down with the judgmental bulltard all the same, coz so far you don't seem to have managed to call much.

Profanity and hyperbole now really?

What was your point and/or disparaging remarks regarding my attitude and type?

I mean yours seems rather evident now. x

I imagine there's quite a lot you don't understand.

Like manners, simple card games and applicable terminologies for instance.

And as to your "Dafty" remark, well its not my intelligence or lack of knowledge that seems to be in question.

Anyhow.

Don't let the sheep escape from the edge of that cliff.

Wasted opportunity and all that jazz.
